Cannot receive emails
I had it setup and it was working fine for a few days then, it just stopped. I can send mail to people just not receive Nothing changed as far as the Mx Mail exchange and they are configured properly through my Registrar. Any help will be great
How to get a customized login page with your company logo?
I am trying to setup a customized login page for our company with our company logo but only once I logout then I can see the page with our company logo but when I try to enter mail.sophmansolutions.co.uk it gives me the same zoho mail login screen. Could you please help me in setting up the login screen?

Zoho migration wizard fail
I am using Win 7 x64 bit, but Office 2010 32 bit. I have tried both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions of the Mail migration wizard, but both fail with the phrase "MS Redemption dll not registered". multiple clients
Hi, I got one email account shared by 2 users, both using pop3 outlook access. But after the first user download the message, the second user will not got those message.. Is there any suggestion. Thanks Lawrence

Cannot receive emails
I had it setup before and it was working fine for a few days then, it just stopped. I can send mail to others still and Nothing has been changed as far as MX Mail exchange they are correctly configured. Any help will be awesome.
Multi pop client
We got two pop client (outlook) to access the same mailbox. But after the first client download the message , the second will not download that message. Any suggestion ?.

not receiving emails from my domain
I've been trying to setup the email system for sometime now. I can receive emails I send myself through from gmail and other emails from amazon are coming through but when I try to test from one of my other domains the messages never come through.
I like Zoho mail but.... Just got a new Android mobile
I love Zoho mail free version but think I have to switch back to gmail because there is no way I can see to sync my android and zoho email contacts. Real shame but I can't maintain two contact databases!

Outgoing email blocked?
I seam to be getting my outgoing email blocked for some reason, I read a few posts around here and saw there was a daily outgoing limit of 250MB, but I went back and checked and have not appeared to exceed this amount, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
IMAP on Mail app Mac OS X Trash folder problems
Hi, I've set up a business account which I intend to use with a Desktop client via IMAP. I'm on Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) using the default Mac OS X Mail app, and having problems with trashing emails. Every time I delete an email from the client, after the client syncs again with the server, the message appears again. Hide Sender IP
Hello I am using the ZOHO Email Service and my site is running fine but I am getting small DoS Attacks that could slow down my server . I also found out how this could be possible since I am using cloudflare for hiding my server ip . They got my ip by analyzing the email headers so they can get the server ip . Now my main question is whether its possible to hide my ip from these headers ? I would be happy if I could get an answer soon . Thank You ! @Richard

Email forwarding without actual inbox
I'm currently using my web hosting's email management system, which allows me to create mail forwarders (user@mydomain.com forwards to user@gmail.com) without needing an inbox, since the people don't use it. They use gmail's alias functionality to send and receive all their emails from mydomain.com without ever having to log in to their mydomain.com inbox. Can't change mx record with register.com
I followed the instructions here: https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/set-up/Configure-Email-Delivery.html#step9 for adding mx records on register.com but encountered some problems. First, where your instructions say to set the priority to 10, there is no 10. There are choices of low, medium or high. I chose high. Then, when I tried to submit the changes, I got the error message:

I'm using iMac with firefox browser to login my zoho mail. After click on login the browser screen turn to blank white as you can see in attachment. I also try to another browser chrome, safari but still same. this happen only on Mac OS for windows have no problem. please help me.....
Mail storage limit
Today I have reached storage limit (5Gb). After deleting (all!!) messages now zero mails in my mailboxes - but still saw on page red warning Your Incoming has been blocked and the emails will not be fetched in your Zoho account and POP Accounts Why ?

Enable Push in iOS 7?
Hello, I just set up my Zoho Mail and was wondering why Push doesn't show as an option after I set up my Mail. I made sure my Zoho Account has Push enabled, but I only see Fetch and Manual in the Mailbox settings in iOS 7. I followed the instructions as stated in the FAQ on Zoho. I used Other instead of Exchange. I'm on the Free Account but all the stuff I read said that Push should be available even for free accounts. Thanks!

Hi, I´ve configured my zoho email account to send and recieve emails using Outlook (2003). It works fine and emails are sent and received well BUT: in my outlook list of messages I´ve SENT, there is no date and no receipe (receiver) address. Hi All I just finished configuring my domain email. During the setup wizard, I set up two other user accounts. When testing the email functionality, I don't get the option to email from the other accounts, only the main email account. What do I do to enable sending/receiving email from the other users? Can't access contact list when composing; messages continually show as unread; messages won't send
I can open my emails, but they don't show as having been read. I can't reply to any message I open. I can compose a new message, but the contact list doesn't show when I click on "To". I can fill in the "To" address by hand, but the message still refuses to send. Don't know if Zoho is the problem or the fact that Windows updated my computer this morning and it messed up my settings somehow.

Need Outlook 2007 server configurations
I need the Incoming and Outgoing mail server settings for Outlook 2007 for my account. Also do I use the e-mail I have created in Zoho or the domain name with just the @ in front of it for my user name in the Logon Information section of the Outlook Internet E-mail Settings? I have been able to send an e-mail to my new address from Outlook but cannot get it to automatically configure to receive e-mails. Thank you for your help. I would really like to get this finished soon.

In need of pop and smtp settings for outlook 2007. I have not found the answer to this question on the forum. At least what was there was not helpful. I did find : pop.zoho.com smtp.zoho.com but when I entered them in Outlook the test email did not work.
