Space Between @ sign and Zoho Domain
Hi: As you see from the above inserted picture at the top middle there is a space between aasalem10@ and zoho.com. I wonder if this normal? did not see it before at any systems! Thank you,
increased storage...when will I see it?
I had switched to Zoho using the free account just to try it out. Liked it so much that I purchased the 15 gig account and purchased an additional 100 gigs at the same time. For some reason, it is just showing the 15 gigs. This presents a problem because I was migrating my other IMAP account to my new soho imap account and it suspended because not enough of storage which isn't the case now that I have 115 gigs of space. Any idea?

10/4/13 My folders won't open up!!. My sent box wont open, my workfolder I made won't open. I hit the refresh and it takes me back to inbox and I can't get to any other folders. It was working this afternoon and now its messed up. I have gone to internet options and deleted any junk cookies but still messed up. HELP !!

Hi I have two accounts mail1@mydomain.com and mail2@mydomain,com I would like to set this up so that mail2@mydomain.com is also picked up by mail1@mydomain.com but if the person using mail1@mydomain.com deletes an email for this to be replicated in mail2@mydomain.com account Is this possible by setting up filters? and using imap? Email is timing out
When and email is open in the CRM it seems to time out and the email automatically goes to the read folder. Very frusterating as you never know when it will happen and it makes reading emails very frustrating. It only happens on our executive_assistant account. Thank you Randy

Unable to receive outside email since 9/23
My email account was working fine since February '13, but since 9/23, it is no longer receiving outside mail. There were no changes to my domain registry settings as none of the records were changed since February. The domain is registered till 2018. So please do not try to blame my settings as it was verified and completed in February 2013. Did your recent outages caused out my email to glitch? Please fix it ASAP!

Moving Messages
I move messages to folders on my mail client (mac mail) and when I go into webmail, it shows that the message is still in the original mailbox but that a duplicate has been moved to the folder that I moved it to on my client. Therefore, in webmail, two copies of the email exist but on my client, only one exists. Can you help?

Hi there i signed out all the ZOHO apps with a gmail account this I think it was my first mistake. Anyways i was successful setting up my own domain email. Now my user name and atlas is my domain email. So are they officially linked? Does my domain e-mail have a password? or is just linked to my original gmail account that i signed up with ? Is it possible for me to use my domain e-mail now created to access all my zoho apps? I would just like to separate these two email accounts Please advice Thanks!
Adding pop accounts
Small company here attempting to move our employees to ZOHO. We own the domain name and I have been able to open my account and connect ZOHO to my account "me@ourcompany.com" now comes to ZOHO... all is well. Now I need to add "she@ourcompany.com" and this is where I am lost. When adding a POP3 account it asks me for the information I must have had to get "me" connected but I cannot find it now. I cannot even examine my account here to see what I put in the boxes to sign up. Confused? sorry. Here
POP3 Malfunction
Just started using POP3 protocol to get messages from GMX e-mail account two things happened. 1- None of the folders at GMX was imported (nine folders)? 2- What was imported was only e-mails at inbox and they got deleted from GMX. Can POP3 delete messages at another server or just copy it?

Mis-typed domain name - can't verify email now

How to verify I own the domain when using Wordpress.com and Namecheap?
I set up a site on Wordpress.com and use gave my registar Namecheap WP's nameserver addresses. Now I like to use Zoho email service to host the emails, but Namecheap won't let me verify for Zoho that I own the domain because I am not using Namecheap's default nameservers. I cannot use the HTML option because I don't have root access to the site. What other options do I have?

how can I close my account
