Move POP3 folders to zoho mail account for imap export
Hello, I have a paid zoho account and would like to move folders from my pop3 account over to my zoho account so I can sync them with the imap service. I see mention of a migration tool in the "admin area", but i don't see this option enabled on my account. Please advise as soon as possible. Thanks, Ryan.
Not all emails showing in email tab
Any ideas on why not all my emails are shown on the email tab, but instead are shown when the messages icon is pulled down...
No 'Archive' mails in 'All Messages'
Hi there I'm having difficulty finding emails after I archive them. My 'All Messages' section is not showing any archived emails i.e. the email list in all messages is exactly the same as my Inbox. In order to find an archived mail I have to run a search of the full inbox. Please advise. David

Zoho IMAP - Sent mails folder issue
Hello! I am using Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 as mail client for ZOHO, cofigured on IMAP standard. Everything works find, with a small exception. Each time I send an email from the client, that email is being saved twice in the Sent Items folder, on the server. I assume that both the server and the client save on their own a copy of the sent email. But the problem is that Windows Live Mail has no option to disable saving sent emails. Anybody can help me with this? Thanks!
ZOHO and MacMail Vanishing emails
When I deleted email from the ZOHO server and the ZOHO trash for my ZOHO IMAP account, all the emails in my MAC MAIL that already had been downloaded from ZOHO, disappeared, and my inbox was entirely empty. I have not yet found any setting at ZOHO or in Mac Mail, that explains this behavior nor do it want it to repeat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Frustrations with Zoho Mail
Here are the things that are driving me nuts. 1. I retrieve all mail from my gmail account into Zoho Mail. The gmail interface is maddening. I like Zoho's interface. As I read, I delete each mail, one at a time, to avoid conflict with new mail coming in while I'm reading. Ordinarily, pressing "Delete" after reading a mail deletes the mail, but if I respond to an e-mail, pressing delete after sending the response does nothing. Change from address on iPhone when using Mobile Sync
Hi there I've noticed that the from address (i.e. the part displayed in the recipients inbox) is set the the username when sending emails from iPhone via Mobile Sync. Our naming convention is initials @ domain, so my emails are come from just "an". Is there some way to configure it so the emails come from my full name? Thanks Adrian
How to see status of multiple email accounts
Hello, I am trying to figure out how to see the status of multiple email accounts at the same time. I have all the accounts configured in ZOHO. I would like to get unread email notices/alerts for all accounts. Unless I look below the email folder list at the very bottom of the page I would not know that a new email has arrived for another account. Is there a way to configure the account to be obvious? How do I obtain a username for an individual account?
Hello - In trying to sign up for a Zoho personal account, I found the page where I enter my info - problem is, the example shows a space at the top where you enter a username, but the actual sign up page doesn't have that (at the top it has you entering a current email address, and nowhere to enter a username). I did get signed up but want to use a zoho email address, such as myself@zohomail.com, not the aol address I gave as a contact. Does this not exist any more or am I on the wrong page or...?

how is zoho mail cname set up on a linode server ?linode asks for a host domain and alias - there is no destination field - for google apps the mx record is modified
Change language
Where can I change the language of my account to English? I can't find the option to change language, and when I created the account it never asked me what language I wish to use. I want to set it to English because currently it is half Portuguese and half English, and it's annoying. Additionally, the "inbox" is incorrectly translated to "caixa a enviar" which means "sending box". And I can't figure out which is the "sent items" folder. I mean, it's all mistranslated! It's annoying and confusing...

I tried to send a large message, and got an email saying that the message exceeds mail limit. The message didn't send, and shouldn't have used up my attachment limit. If the message had sent, it would have, but the message failed to send. Now my outgoing mail is blocked. Please help, Max

Calendar and Zoho CRM calendar
Thank you Zoho for allowing me to see my CRM events in Zoho Calendar! My question is, how come it takes so long for recently added events to appear in the Calendar? It takes a day or so for the events to appear in Zoho calendar. I have begun using your calendar primarily, I am hoping that you will allow more syncronization with phones in the future.

I just signed up with Zoho and whenever my organization tries to send emails, I check the Admin panel and it says host not reachable. My domain name is new too, was created around 10 minutes before signing up for zoho. How can this be fixed?

Hi, Guess I'm not the only user with the problem. So I'l keep it simple. Like many users here, after migrating to the mail client, we send x number of mails and chances are, more than 10 can be invalid. I understand you have maintained this for security purposes but 10 is too small a number, especially when you are looking at organizations where the mail volume is usually at least more than 100. URGENT: Problem sending emails
Hi there, I see that there has been an update to the system. However I have three domain email addresses that usually forward emails to my Apple Mail, I am still able to receive emails, but can no longer send them through Mail. How do i delete categories from the contacts?
When I imported mi contacts to my new zohomail account, some unwanted categories were created. I can move the contacts from those categories to another but i can`t remove the category itself. I select the category, click on the tab remove category and a small window opens saying "select at least one contact", but the category is empty so i can't remove anything. How can I do that?
Email from Amazon keeps loading....
I'm not able to open an e-mail from Amazon. It just keeps saying 'Loading...' The problem is the same using either Firefox 19.0.1 or Internet Explorer 8. Most of my mail is not forwarded to my new address
When my inbox got frozen (I did not exceed my daily quota, but apparently using an email client like Thunderbird arbitrarily increases your outgoing flow, which I don't understand but find too annoying for me to keep using Zoho), I decided to switch to another email client. Mail - Filter by Contact Group
It would be extremely helpful to me to be able to create mail filters based on the Contact Groups. So I might have contact@ups.com, contact@fedex.com and shippingmanager@mycompany.com as members of a Contact group called "Shipping". It would be great to be able to create a mail filter based on this group. IF Sender is member of Shipping THEN move email to 3PL folder. IF Sender is member of Legal THEN flag as Important. I know I could set up three individual rules but with more than 3, like most things

Unusual Activity Detected - Alert Message in Gmail
Updated - 15 Aug 2014 Hi All, Gmail users, who have configured their accounts in Zoho might have received an alert regarding unusual activity detected. This is because of an IP address change during the maintenance activity at our end. The POP accounts are now retrieving the emails without any issues. When you login to your Gmail account, you will see an alert as in the image below. Select the link 'Was it you', to review the IP address denoting sender1.zohomail.com (74.201.155.26/ 74.201.84.157/ 74.201.84.158 ).

Hi, The official document tells to use this following SPF entries "v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all" Should I use "-all" instead? I just want zoho to delivery my email, not by other servers. Thank you.
550 Rejected when receiving emails
Hi, I recently signed up for the Zoho mail package but am having some difficulty with it. The email servers @imwithgeek.com can SEND emails to other accounts (I sent one to my gmail account to test it) but the replies going TO the zoho servers are being rejected with the error message 550. Can anyone offer a solution?
