How can I insert standard text fragments?
We use a lot of different phrases that come back all the time. For example, we have a standard confirmation text. Is it in Zoho Mail possible to make a list of such standard text fragments to insert in an e-mail? The insert menu of Zoho only offers the options of "Insert signature" and "Insert template".

Not able to access all mail accounts
Hi, issue started a couple of days ago. I have three email accounts I access through the zoho interface, zoho, gmail and another account both through IMAP. A few days ago the gmail account wasn't visible on the email page, just the other two. Yet through the dashboard widget I can see all three mail accounts on the drop down and can select all three. Any thoughts on why I can only access 2 accounts? Thanks

Nothing's changed on my end, but from about 8.31am EST today, my iPhone claims that the username or password is not correct when trying to check for mail. It is correct because I haven't changed anything and I am getting email on my computer's mail client and can log into webmail ok. Are there authentication issues with the msync server currently? I can't believe I even have to ask this question. You have repeatedly blocked my mail account because I have slipped over the 5Gb storage limit, and now when I'm just clicking around I see that new users not only pay less but get more storage than your established customers. So to confirm, you have blocked my account even though I am paying more than a brand new customer who is using more storage space than me? Is this really the case?
Cannot download new emails in inbox on iOS
Starting yesterday, new emails no longer appear in my inbox on my iPhone or iPad. I can navigate to other folders (sent, trash, spam, etc.) and download messages from there. I can also access new messages in my inbox with Apple Mail on the desktop or Zoho web mail. Using pop account to send mails (SMTP not working)
Hello, I use Zoho to send mails from my own domain. Now I have added my pop account to send mails from my private adress and use one inbox. Receiving mails going well. If I want to send an e-mail trough the smtp server of my provider (Ziggo, Netherlands) I get an error. . I get the message "if you use port 587 you need to login" (not the exact message, translated from Dutch). I am sure I logged in with the correct username and password. If I use zoho smtp, I get the email from mymail@home.nl behalf

sync contacts and calendar with android
I am trying to set up my Android (LG Nexus) with zoho using the corporate email option so that I can get contacts and calendar functionality. I have followed instructions to set this up but fails during setup. "Cannot connect to server error" I have tried every setting from Domain\name to \name, enabled/disabled options and still nothing. So, I hope someone here can help, because if I can't get what would seem like basic integration in today's time working, then I will have to go back to google.

Problem migrating emails from Gmail
I've tried both IMAP and POP migration from my gmail account, although everything seems set up ok, and I get an email telling me migration has happened, no emails show up. When I click on the 'more info' button during a migration it tells me there is no data in my gmail account. Any ideas? Andy

Hello, I have a question in regards the encryption when using the Zoho e-mail add-on. I have my company e-mail account registered with a third party provider, which I then access in your CRM. It works wonderfully, I am just wondering if the mails I send from within ZOHO are encrypted or not. When configurating this account in ZOHO, there is the option to activate SSL. Is it enough to just set the flag to activate it or will I need to have an SSL activated also with the third party provider? Also,
Multiple sent mail
I am using Outlook/ POP3 and encountered the following: 1. When I look my sent mails through the web I can see them duplicated 2 or 3 times. 2. Though I set messages to 'remain on server' as I use 2-3 different laptops, the sent mail is not fetched via POP3. To be honest, Gmail does fetch sent mails as well as everything else (apart from spam) and I switched to Zoho because of it. I got tired of donwloading my sent mails 2-3 times on each laptop!. So my questions: 1. How can I stop sent mail duplication?

If we switch to Zoho mail (hosted), will we be able to import emails stored on individual PC's in Outlook to Zoho mail? Will the tree structures the users have set up be imported? Option to reorganize columns & column 'label' as text
Hello, I hope not only me would benefit from he option to be able to switch and reorganize columns (from, subject, date, .. ) as well as their width. & I would really appreciate the option to see label name in the column, not only the color dot. Hi, I have a problem with the External POP3 emails. In particular the worst thing is that all the "external POP" folder structure is fully unaccessible from mail client via IMAP, so all the email fetched are unaccessible via email client (Thunderbird) in IMAP (I think but I'm not sure that the same is for POP3).
