Thank you all for your continuous support to Zoho Mail.
We are planning for some maintenance activities in our Data Centers on 31 August 2013 (10 a.m. - 10 p.m. PDT )
We are planning to provide the email service from our other data centre, with minimum impact. The users should be able to send/ receive and access emails during the time, except for a few minutes of outage.
The following functions/ features will not be available in Zoho Mail for a few hours during the maintenance:
- Zoho Mail Control Panel
Search/ Advanced Search inside Zoho Mail
Left Apps Panel
- Subscription Changes
- Domain Management
- User Management
Once the maintenance activities are completed, all our services will resume to normal and you will be able to access all the features without any issues.
The entire service will not be available for a few minutes in between, when we start the maintenance and while we resume the services to normal.
We suggest you to check the MX records for the domains, email hosted with Zoho and make sure that they are listed as below, to avoid any issues in email delivery, and to receive emails in your domain accounts:
For the domains hosted with Zoho, make sure that the SPF records are 'v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all'
If you have added the IP address of our servers directly anywhere in your configuration, please check and change the records to use the MX entries/ SPF records suggested above.
Similarly for POP/ IMAP or SMTP servers, if you are using our IP Addresses or have added any Zoho Server IP addresses in whitelist you may need to check your configurations as our IP addresses will be switched during the maintenance.
