Cannot send email outside of Zoho
Why can't the email hosting accounts I have setup in Zoho Mail can't receive emails from outside of Zoho? I have emails like: user1@mydomain.com user2@mydomain.com Where user1 and user2 can receive message to each other, they can also send email to outside emails. However the problem is that these accounts can't receive email. I have already setup the MX records in GoDaddy, to mx.zohomail.com and mx2.zohomail.com Also, there is one exception where I have a configured 'aliased' @mydomain.com email

Hello, I just finished setting up a "email hosting" and added users like: user1@mydomain.com user2@mydomain.com Both email can send to other email, however both cannot receive email from outside. Sending to these emails return mail delivery failure. However, user1 and user2 account can send emails to each other.
Shared documents on Group's home page not appearing ?
Hello, If I go into Groups in Zoho Mail, select a Group and navigate to the Group's home page, there is no shared documents. But I see the shared document in Applications/Documents/Groups. Do I have to do something special in order to see the shared documents on the Group's home page ? Thanks.
Mail Forwarding
Hi, I'm trying to set up a mail forwarding from my zohomail address to another @email.it address but I didn't get the confirmation email on that account (though, testing forwarding to another address, the confirmation email arrived straight away there). Is there any known issue about spam problems or does anyone have suggestions about how to fix it? Thanks!
Pop Violation has occurred

Email saying more than 32000 Characters When clearly not???????
one of our users has an error coming up saying the email cant send as the Max is 32000 characters, when the email is not more that 1000 characters and the rest of us can send the emails with out a problem
553 Relaying disallowed
Hi, I am experiencing a diffuclty in sending an e-mail with javax.mail and zoho account. I cannot figure out why I am getting the "553 Relaying disallowed" message. I have double checked hosts, ports, credentials, protocols, authorization method + configured "Send mail as options" and it still did not change anything. Any suggestions?

Configuring Mac Mail using IMAP with a custom domain
Hello, I have just validated my domain on Zoho and created my custom emails user@mydomain.com. Now I am trying to configure my Mac Mail using IMAP setting. I have problem sending out emails as it does not work with the smtp.zoho.com server. Is there any specific server I need to use? Thanks a lot
trying to change mx record.. example on zoho shows 2 records, only one on my host
My domain host is bluehost. I am trying to change the mx record. There is only one line showing, but the example in the zoho help shows two lines (http://www.zoho.com/mail/faq.html#q4) also on bluehost there is an extra space not shown on the zoho help.... the "Host Record." Do I need to change that? So far I can't get this working. The domain is verified and I have the user accts set up. I seem to be stuck on this step so thanks for any help. Zoho Mail integration with CRM - deleting emails
We use Gmail for our company mail and I recently configured zoho mail as a POP3 so that client related communication would automatically go into the CRM. 1) All of my email messages copy from Gmail into Zoho. Over time this is going to be a lot of email going into Zoho. 2) It appears that if I delete an email from the Emails tab in Zoho CRM, it deletes it from the linked email to the Contact in CRM. Question: How do configure it so that my zoho mailbox doesn't fill up with thousands of non-client

Email Forwarding setup, but emails do not get forwarded...
As the subject states, my email forwarding has been successfully setup with gmail. The confirmation email was sent to gmail and accepted. However, test emails sent to my zoho mail do not automatically forward to gmail. What do I need to do? Sincerely, EDIT: nevermind, they seem to go through now, they just take a little while.
Whitelist all contacts or add multiple emails to whitelist at once
Zoho mail seems to be happy to send emails from people in my contact list to the SPAM folder. Is there a way to prevent this? There doesn't seem to be an option to whitelist all contacts automatically, and the whitelist interface seems to allow whitelisting only a single address at a time. Can I bulk import email addresses to the whitelist somehow?
Only some emails arriving into Zoho CRM Email
Hi, have been looking to switch over to using emails on our Zoho CRM and have had partial success. Have noticed however that not all the emails arrive into the zoho crm email? It seems to be larger emails and newsletter however this is not a consistent rule. I also get emails in Outlook which is where I'm hoping to migrate from and it seems to get all messages. Really can't look to migrate until I can get this is sorted. A thought I had whilst typing this, is that maybe it is some of the following;

Droid Mail App?
I cannot find a Droid App for Zoho Mail and Contacts in the Marketplace. Is there one available somewhere I am not finding? I wish to have my contacts and my mail sync'd to my Droid automatically the way it does with Gmail. If there is not an App but there's another way to do that then how is that done? Hi there, I'm trying to get my account up and running, so I have validated my domain, created users, and changed the MX records. But still I can't access my mailbox, nor any other mailbox of the users I created. So I checked the domain settings again and saw that Mail Hosting is still not active, but simply set to "--". All of the sudden Zoho mail has slowed down. Opening mail is at a crawl. Switching user accounts. Anybody else having this issue today? It's NOT my internet connection. I've already checked. Zoho mail is barely functioning right at this moment: 2:06 (PST) LOADING...... LOADING..... BLANK LOADING.... NOTHING HAPPENING. UGH!!! What is going on with ZOHO MAIL??
Can't receive e-mail in Zoho
Hello! I've registered an account yesterday, and even though I'm able to send e-mail from my Zoho account, if I send an e-mail from any other account to contacto@digiverse.com.ar, nothing appears on the Zoho Inbox. Hotmail doesn't return the Delivery Status Notification (Failure) e-mail after I send mail to my Zoho account, so the e-mails are going through (who knows where, though!). Thanks for providing this service free of charge, I can't wait to solve this problem and start using Zoho Mail :D

Adding domain to whitelist crashes IE

How do I collect email from all users in one account?
I need to establish a Journal account or something similar to collect emails from all users in my domain. We used to use Exchange Server for email, which had a catch-all for all incoming and outgoing emails. I NEED to have a primary account that accomplishes the same function as an Exchange Server's Journal account. I have been steered towards the CRM Outlook Plugin and CRM Zoho Mail plugin, but that does not seem to accomplish the goal of collecting all email in 1 mailbox. What options do I have?
