No Incoming Mail!!
Hi, Why can we send emails but can't receive any? Keep getting the following message: "The recipient's e-mail address is invalid. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator." Tried sending it to our Zoho Mail from various other addresses. Keep getting the same message everywhere. We need urgent help please! We need it sorted it

how do i find my contacts/address book in zoho mail? they have been successfully imported, but only by bringing up a new page via contacts@zoho.com can i find them. it seems zoho mail and zoho contacts can't communicate.

Notification won't pop up
For a couple weeks now, my desktop notifications for Chrome haven't been popping up. Zoho will still tell me how many unread messages I have via the browser tab, but I miss the convenience of not having to check. In the past, whenever this happened, I disabled and then enabled my notifications. This doesn't seem to be working anymore. Could someone help me out? Thanks.

Zoho Mail Setup With & For an iPhone
I did the initial acct setup with my phone (an iPhone 4 w/ iOS6), replied to the acct verification email, & then went back to zoho.com to look at my mail settings. At that point I was seeing the full site on my phone, & I checked the FAQs for details on using my phone to fetch mail. I have that page saved, but NOW when I log in (wanting to enable imap) it goes straight to the mobile site with no options that I can see for altering personal settings. What to do? How to log in without using google?
I use gmail, and when I try log in using my user name / gmail address with the correct password, the attempt seems to always fail. It succeeds when I click on "login using Google". Is there a way to log in by user name and password without using the Google login facility? or do I have to create a new account altogether, and lose all data in the old account?
Cannot send or receive mail from my xxx@zoho.com user id
I have added several email accounts (comcast, gmail) to zoho and can send and receive mail from each of them. However I cannot send or receive mail from my cr1127@zoho.com user id. That user id (cr1127@zoho.com) also does not show up in the "Send Mail As" section. I've tried looking through the FAQ's and Forums, but can't seem to find an answer. Might anyone have any ideas? Hi I'd like to move e-newsletters I receive aside to a folder in Zoho Mail How do you set up a filter in Zoho mail to filter multiple email addresses? I know how to set up a filter like this for a single address (i.e. = "If sender is" .. email address) Is it possible to add further addresses without having one condition for each email address? I can see the list of users in my Mail Accounts in Control Panel but, I can't see them in the 'From' list when composing mail in Mail Composer. Access to Zoho Mail via POP or IMAP
I may be missing the obvious but I can't find reference to accessing Zoho Mail via IMAP (preferred) or POP. I need to access email from my phone an dit accesses mail via IMAP or POP - don't have 3G so prefer not to use the web-based access. What are the settings to use to access Zoho Mail via IMAP (or, I guess POP). Also - If I use an external email client will emails that I send still find and link to Contacts in CRM? Thanks KennyMac

Cannot verify email forwarding address for second and third users
When I set up a forwarding address for the primary user, a verification email was sent to the user's forwarding address and he was able to verify by replying. When I added a forwarding address for a second and third user, no verification emails were sent and the status for both remains "Unverified." A link to go from mail to the contact page ?
I use like everyone a lot of email, then I do need a lot to go from an email to the right contact page to get information. So I need at least a simple URL link to go to the contact page. I also need a pop-up with the main information. If this pop-up could configurable and editable, that would be very useful. I hope that can be provided. Best. Hi I switch to zoho from gmail to zoho for some reason. But some features gmail have just great, such as select all mail by check box, currently i have 20k mails unread, i like to put them read, it will take me so many time to flag them by selecting 200 times, can you add that feature to save me doing that?

Outlook 2010 - Sending emails to same domain accounts fails

URGENT !!
I had two users under my account. tariq@saptacarabia.com with user name > saptac1 saptac@saptacarabia.com with user name > saptac tariq@saptacarabia.com was the admin of the account , but last week I requested a change of admin. The admin role were maybe successfully changed but now I can't log in my other account. Also doing the password reset for the same does not help because it gives link to reset password of my other account. Please fix this ASAP, I have been calling at the USA toll free number
