Saving .wiz instead of .doc
I sent this request to the Zoho help request, and NEVER HEARD BACK! Can you PLEASE respond?!?!?! Here's the initial issue... When I try to save a .doc from an email, the default Zoho tries to save as is .wiz. It should default as .doc. If it's a .docx, it saves default as .docx. The issue is with a .doc. If you change the name to .doc it will save as that, but most users will click download and then save the default, which is currently .wiz instead of .doc. This makes a mess when people are trying

Deleted mails still show up in iOS (Active Sync)
Hi! When I delete mails or move them to a different folder in Thunderbird or Zoho-Webfrontend they still show up on the iPhone in the Inbox. The iPhone uses Active Sync to connect with Zoho. I already activated the Expunge and the "move to Trash" within Thunderbid and Zoho.

How to send attachments through ZOHO?
I have zoho as my default for most email functions but I send a fair amount of files as attachments. Since I have Thunderbird as my client that automatically takes the file and sends it through that. Well I want to get rid of T-bird so how do I send files through ZOHO without jumping through too many hoops to do so/ AND would ZOHO be the default for everything if I didn't have an onboard client at all> thanks. Can't receive emails
I have changed all of the records as near as I can tell. I think it is all pointing to the right places, but it has been about 12 hours now since the change and I still can not recieve emails at parker@completecareservice.com. I can send emails from the account, but am not able to recieve any emails. The emails arent even coming into my bluehost mail hosting as they were before so nothing is working. I've also pasted the message I get back when trying to send an email to this account. Please help

Greetings! I love Zoho mail. However, I do get spam each and everyday. I'm getting ready to hire a couple of employees for my small business. How do I prevent my new employees (who will also be using Zoho Mail) from clicking on Spam? I've heard Postini is a great service; does Postini work with Zoho Mail? If not, is there another application/service that integrates with Zoho Mail so that I don't have to worry about future employees clicking on links within Spam emails? I'm very, very, very concerned

IMAP SMTP server cannot be reached from outlook

Hi I was able to receive mails on my blackberry until recently when i went on the BES service. I've learned a little about limits on incoming and outgoing mails to free users by searching the forum, but I wonder whether there is a single place where all limits are comprehensively stated. I only stumbled across the limit on addressees per message while looking for more details on the daily size limit; and I still am not perfectly clear on how that limit is calculated. (Say I've got 4 2mb messages, each of which I send to 40 people. Is that 2 x 4 x 40 = 320 for the day, or is it just 2 x
