Hi, I am currently using free zoho mail service with my domain for important websites(registration) and some notes and happy with that. I will upgrade this account. My question is: I will buy a new domain for email. Is it possible to open a new zoho account for that domain? (Multiple zoho accounts at the same time) Like this: - Primary domain account upgraded - Secondary domain signed up with free zoho account(up to 3 emails) Thanks

Using ZOHO MX records along with godaddy MX
Hi, Is there a way to use ZOHO MX records along with GoDaddy? We have one email address hosted on godaddy email and we do not want to migrate it. So we would prefer to have the MX records of both ZOHO and godaddy. What will be the setting?
Viewing Mail for Multiple Zoho Accounts
I would like to have more than one Zoho account (email address), and view them while logging into to either account. I tried to do this by adding the other Zoho mail account to the one I had open, but it did not work. Is there some way to do this?
UI problems on small screens
Hi, I am afraid that the recent change in UI causes problems for small screens. Mine is 1024x600, and the browser takes some height (I use Chrome), but even in full screen mode it is cramped at best. The UI doesn't fit, so the top row of options (preferences and the like) is invisible and thus unclickable. The toggle to make this row disappear is gone, by the way - I always used that. Of course I always minimise the chat bar (it would be nice to have that as a preference ). The tabs and buttons

Cannot Send or Receive Emails
Hi, I have 2 email addresses (users) set up under the domain: zen-black.com I have sent and received emails from both of them to outside (other) email addresses and it works fine. But if I send emails between the two of them (users) it doesn't work. It says sent successfully in one emails sent folder, but nothing appears in the inbox of the other... (its the same for both of them) Its bizarre! Help!!
iPhone receiving but not sending email
Morning! I set up my email with my domain through the exchange setup on my iPhone. I can receive messages but when I attempt to send they go to outbox with with an error. When I log into webmail, however, I can send and receive with no issue at all and everything works fine. Any help as to how to fix this issue?

Hi I had created a mail account for one of my domain. But when I tried to login it asks me to verify the mail account. But the verification mail is going to the id for which Iam trying to login. How can i verify if iam not able to login in the mail. I had added cname and mx values and in the control panel it shows the domain is verified. Hi. I have set up a mail account for one of my domains hosted with a separate host. I have added the MX records and confirmed the domain. However, I cannot receive or send email from my mail client. Sending and receiving from the online webmail panel is fine. The email account is support@salestrakka.com I have another zoho email account set up on same mail client with no issues Please advise.
Spam filter no longer working
My spam filter used to work perfectly, until yesterday. I've gotten about 15-20 spam emails both yesterday and so far today sent to my inbox that shouldn't have. It is now catching spam about 50% of the time. Has anyone else had this problem recently? I haven't changed any settings and my spam filter IS enabled, so I don't understand why this is happening. It's very annoying and I'd like to find out why and get it fixed.
How to send word and other doc's?
Hi. For business I send a lot of forms back and forth through email. At present when i send a word doc. it is sent as an attachment and goes through Firefox which is the client I use and it is using Gmail. However zoho is my preferred email for everything else. Since most people simply use "Reply" to send back I have 2 emails I must check and often miss or am late for some important, "Respond ASAP", type of message. How can I send doc's through zoho ?? Email slow in Uploading
I am a Canadian customer of zoho and find that my email page is very slow in loading...sometimes does not load at all and I have to cancel out and try again. Clearing the cookie cache & history does not shorten the surprising delay. I have another (& free) account that loads 'zip, zip'. It seems zoho was quicker in an earlier incarnation??? Allow inserting template into email (when replying)
Hi, Currently, there is a restriction of using templates only to compose completely new emails which is not of much use to me. Can't log in to main mail account
I can't get logged into my main mail account (will private message support staff with account login) as it says that it has either an invalid username or password. I use a password manager that handles my passwords and have not touched my account settings. I've only had Zoho for a a few days now and it's been nothing but problems and when it comes to the support end of things, it's been taking, on average, 24 hours to get a single response. Hi, the minimum username lenght for zoho accounts is currently 6 characters. About that, please excuse me as I couldn't find better words for this, but: are you serious? please make the minimun lenght 3 characters... in my personal case, 5 characters will be enough but I don't see the point in having such restriction of 6 characters minimum. Thunderbird (linux), spam folder, and imap
Hi, I just set up thunderbird in my laptop and when I move messages to spam folder in thunderbird they're not moved in zoho mail's web interface - they're still in my inbox. If I right-click on the emails in my spam folder in thunderbird and ask for the messages to be moved again into spam, they're moved to spam in zoho.com, but they get duplicated there (in zoho mail). Contacts handling is very limited, especially with regard to categories
I'm considering migrating users from Outlook to Zoho. However the category handling in Zoho Contacts is very poor, resulting in severely reduced functionality if I go ahead with the migration: 1) The biggest problem I see is that category information is not part of the contact data - it is specified separately. This means: You can't import contacts that contain category information and have them individually assigned automatically to the correct categories. Zoho only allows import to fixed categories.
Contacts
Contacts do not automatically appear at TO and CC in the compose window. I can see the contacts when I go to Contact icon but for some reason they are not being saved so that I can insert them in compose window.
Forwarding mail from Wordpress domain to Gmail account
I recently registered a domain with Wordpress and created a Zoho account in order to host email. I have successfully verified the domain as well as confirmed forwarding with the Gmail address. However, I have not been receiving any forwarded emails to the Gmail account. Do I need to change any settings on the Gmail end? Do I have to wait longer for this process to start working? Multiple questions re campain
What should a user name be? biz name? email address? If it is going to show with email address is must be biz name but my biz name is long and has a & between two words! Do you have examples of user names for campain? The quatity of email to be sent will vary between 300 to up to 4000. I read that we are limited to 500 per day? that mean that my campain will need to be sent during 8 days? maybe more if a group is made of 200 names! I aslo read that we can CALL you and ask to increase to 2000

Duplication of 'Sent Emails' when sent from iPhone?!?
Hi, I have configured Zoho mail on Thunderbird on my laptop and on my iPhone using IMAP settings. Whenever I send an email via my iphone, there are 2 copies of the same email saved in the sent mail box, but when I send an email via thunderbird or via logging in to Zoho mail on my computer it works perfectly fine. I dont want my clients to get multiple emails nor do I want sent mails taking up space on the server. Please help! Regards, Prateek

Encoding of Incoming mail
People send me emails directly from my website. All these emails are in UTF-8 because the text can be in Russian and some words in English, or vice versa, or in Russian and some words in French etc. In my gmail account all these multilingual messages looked just fine because my browser uses UTF-8 too. However in my new zoho mail account I see all these messages garbled even though I use only UTF-8 everywhere. Of course I can click that little icon with a question mark on the left of the panel but
IMAP
I was told by a Zoho representative that by September of last year that the Zoho mail app should be able to start deleting email off the server when I delete from Zoho or when I delete from my phone delete out of Zoho mail. I keep having to do it in two places and it is getting old. When will this work? I have GoDaddy email if that helps.
553 relaying disallowed
I have read the other threads on this subject and cannot see why I get this error. Perhaps you can sort this out. I have been trying to forward a message this morning and the sender address is my proper zoho address.
Unable to forward from zoho
I access Zoho with POP. I am unable to forward email from my Zoho address. Does not matter if the mail was originally addressed to my Zoho address or another. The forwarded mail (attempted) does have my Zoho address in the from field, and that address is present in the Send Mail as field in Setup. I get a 553 Relaying Disallowed message. So what do I need to do to be able to forward mail from my Zoho address?

greetings, a query. In zohomail I have three users, but in my hosting account 4 users, and I need to forward mails sent to whichever one how much 4. What I do is go to my hosting provider and create a redirect does not work. My question is, should I create it as usaurio in zhomomail?

email receive not working consistently
Hi Most of my emails come through to my zoho mail in CRM. However I quite often find that 1 or 2 emails a day go to this same email address (viewed with another account), but it is not received into zoho mail. Any ideas why some emails may not be captured? They are not getting picked up as spam in zoho mail. Michelle
