Attachment viewing in Windows 7.5 phone
Hi, This is just to inform you that attachments (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF) sent via Zoho Mail do not appear and cannot be downloaded when sent to a Windows phone when I send as Rich Text with my signature. If I send as plain text the Windows Phone can see the attachments. The same email and attachments can be viewed and downloaded from desktops, Mac and iPhone. Thanks!
IMAP doesn't sync
Hello I recently signed up to test Zoho Mail. I went through all process from confirming the domain all the way to enabling IMAP and setting up the email accounts on my devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad). Everything went great, but there's a small snag, none of these email clients sync the messages. Is there a fix for this? Thanks
Adding extra accounts
Hello there: Today I became a paying Zoho customer and added six users to my account. I was correctly charged $15 for the month. I am still experimenting and will add another 20-plus to this account. I want to make sure that if I add another 20, I will be charged for the additional 20, and not for 26—because if I alter the upgrade form to read 26 from the present 6, it indicates my charge will be $65. Will the invoice that next comes be for $65 or will it be for $50? I apologize for the basic question

How do you create additional POP accounts?
Hi there: I notice that Zoho says I can create unlimited POP accounts even on the free plan (it says there are ‘No restrictions’). While we are planning to use one of the paid plans, I am experimenting with the free one to see what it can do. However, I see no way of creating these accounts. Can you please show me where this is? I have to set up the accounts for all our staff. I understand that only one client is permitted to access these accounts on the free plan, which sounds a little confusing

E-mail forwarding and distribution groups
I would like to be able to have e-mail forwarding accounts on our domain and distribution groups. So say if I do person.1@ourcompany.com would forward to person.1@someISP.com without having full account. Can this be done and how? Second is I need couple of e-mail addresses to be distribution groups. So say I setup careers@ourcompany.com, this e-mail address would distribute received e-mails to users I assign. How can I set this up?

Have problem for using soho smtp
I have no problem for receiving soho mail using pop 3 But when I send email using SMTP, it's timeout. I have filled in: - user name - passowrd - smtp.zoho.com - port 465 - using SSL But still have timeout error, is the SMTP not working anymore?
Z-Mail and Nook?
My husband and I recently bought a Nook Tablet from Barnes and Noble (yay!), but it seems that Z-Mail does not work on the Nook. I can get to the website and open mail fine, but replying to messages seems to be an issue. Any ideas what shortcuts I can take to access Z-Mail on the Nook? Would the mobile Zoho app work best? Using Gmail (not apps) with ZOHO mail
I have the Gmail set up and ZOHO email fetching properly. In the email set up, I have chosen 'Delete messages from Server whenever I delete here' option selected. I was assuming that this would delete the email on the Gmail account when I deleted the email on the ZOHO. Does not appear to be happening. Any thoughts? If this is supposed to work this way, how can I achieve this?

Hi, I run a webdesign-company, and quite often help my customers create Zoho Email accounts. But when I try to create a new account (by adding a domain at https://mail.zoho.com/mailsignup.do?plan=free), I get an "Access denied"-message. Insert image - recipients are not receiving images
I've been using the Insert Image function on and off for some time when composing Zoho Mail, but only now has someone told me they are not being received. The images show fine in my Sent mail, but I have just sent test emails to my old Gmail account and to my wife's Yahoo mail, and sure enough blank messages were received, with no images. How do I use other user mailboxes?
I can use my main user but I can't use the others user I made. For example, If I have 2 users, my main one called admin@domain and the other contact@domain. How do I access contact@domain when every time I sign in it goes straight to the admin mailbox? Thanks, I just signed up to Zoho so I'm still getting use the interface. I like it.

Mail Forwarding to Zoho Accounts
I setup domain hosting with Zoho last night and so far everything looks good. I setup two individual names @ mydomain.com and an info@mydomain.com user accounts. I configured the info account to forward mails to the two named accounts so that we would not have to actively monitor the info account. Couldn't send/receive emails up on account setup
Hello, I just setup a zoho mail account for my domain sseemon.tk. I presume that the initial setup is complete. 1) Email accounts are created on the control panel 2) Logged in to the user account and updated the username details 3) Redirected the MX records to point to zoho servers. Tested setting up the account on an outlook client, configured successfully. But I am not receiving any emails and the sent emails are not being delivered to the recipients. Please Help !! I have a 10G business hosted mail account for my business domain with one email address in it. Can I have another (free) email address on a different domain for my personal use? Hi! There's an email address I blacklisted a while ago, and I still get spam from it. At least, I still get spam listed as coming from it, and it's probably a spoofed sender field, but shouldn't it be blocked using that string of characters anywhere?
