Setting up Apple Mail while using gmail as a login
Not sure I should have done this, but this is how I set up the free Zoho account. I log in with my gmail account. Works fine online but tried to set up my Zoho account in Apple Mail. Following the instructions and using my Zoho account xxxx@zoho.com, in the Apple setup does not work. Error message indicates cannot find server. This makes sense as I am logging in with my xxxx@gmail.com So, how do I set up Apple mail to access my Zoho mail?

Hi, I'm trying to upload several thousands of emails (6 accounts with a total of 25GB) using IMAP because import PST is limited to 60MB. IMAP transfer with a few thousands emails collapses due to an append limit. But when transferring 2.000 emails works fine... until message: Operation restricted due to excessive usage appears when checking mail folders and RUINS all the migration process, because this error disables Mail function for 30 or 60 minutes. new contacts not adding
My understanding is that when I send an email to someone, or reply to an email sent to me, that persons email address should add automatically to My Contacts list? This doesn't seem to be happening for me at all - I have a lot of new contacts that just haven't added. I'm using Zoho via IMAP with Applemail if that makes any difference.
Thinking of moving to Zoho from Google apps

Iphone 4s mail won't send
I have been unable to send messages from my zoho mail account (with a custom domain) on my iPhone 4s. I keep getting the "sending the message content to the server failed" error. I followed the Zoho mail setup instructions and enabled Imap on the Zoho Mail Control panel. I sent in a support request to support @ zohomail.com with screenshots of my iphone several days ago, but haven't heard anything back.
Can Sparrow display the labels of zoho mail?
Hi Guys, I am using sparrow on my mac as a mail client to process my zoho mails, it has been working fine, I enjoy it. But one small thing I found that my zoho mail labels will not become sparrow labels, so that means I can not enjoy using labels in sparrow like I can do with my gmail account. Is there any one who have expiences like me, is that any way to make the label available?

Is there any way to block emails with a particular tld? For example anything sent from a .ru domain?

Account not confirmed?
Hi, When I try to log into my account it says that it has not yet been confirmed and that if I don't confirm it, that my account could be closed. It goes onto give instructions on how to confirm the account but those instructions do not work. When I click on "resend confirmation mail", I get an error box saying "unauthorised request" and no confirmation mail is sent. I thought that maybe adding another email address and getting it confirmed would solve the problem, but when I add another email
Gmail password change

Mail folders with virtual list and enhanced navigation

Hi, I cannot login to my superuser account. It says it will send me an email to verify the account but I cannot login to my superuser account to see the email? I can only login to my second user account. How do I login to my superuser account to send and receive emails? thanks.

Signature Switch Issue
Writing email in Normal Plain Text in Zoho Mail for Desktop, when you change the From Sender, the new signature doesen't replace the old one but is appended to the last one. This not happens whet you write in RTF: if you change the sender, the new signature replaces the old one. Another receiving mail issue
Hi Zoho Team, I am using a free account and verified my custom domain. I also added a couple of users that can access the account without any problems. Unable to access email
I log in just like I used to, but then once I am in, I don't see my email or any way to get to it. Before there was a link that said something like account, and when I clicked on it a box came up with one of the choices in it being email. But that's not there anymore, and there doesn't seem to be any way to go any further.

Email is blocked from Sending. I was sending a note to alert contacts re: my email address change. First it said "no more than 50", so I tried to send 50, then it said "blocked b/c can't send more than 25." Please unblock asap.
Changing mx records with wix servers error

Accessing all pop mail accounts with Thunderbird
Hello. I'm trying to figure out how to get Thunderbird to access the pop accounts that I have in my Zoho mail accounts. Is there a way to set up a folder where Thunderbird would recognize these accounts? I hope I'm explaining this properly. In my zoho.com account I have around 20 pop accounts that I set up manually and I want Thunderbird to be able to find these accounts. IMAP access problem
I just set up an account to see if zoho is the right service for my business. I enabled IMAP, my login from the client is set to 'tradition@zoho.com' the password seems to be correct, but it still does not work. The port settings are all correct too. Anti-Spam whitelist/blacklists not working correctly
Hi I have a number of emails that come in from my fishing club. They are watched forum notifications. The domain is in my Domain Whitelist and the specific email address is in the Email Whitelist. However... every day I find all of the emails from that domain/email address in my Spam Box. and every single day I have to go to the Spam Box and select those emails and click Not Spam. So I get the mail in my INBOX and a new entry gets added to the Email whitelist, thus creating pages and pages of entries,
Rebranding

Global Inbox
I recently started using Zoho's free personal email and I have to say, it's been working great! I'm very impressed with the clean interface, speedy searches, and diligent spam filter. I have been considering switching my primary email from Gmail to Zoho, but the one big advantage Gmail has right now is the consolidated inbox for multiple accounts. I do like having the ability to have the accounts separate, but I REALLY would love to have the option to unify all accounts' inboxes into one "global"
