Forum reports image size too large
I have created a forum using Zoho Business, and am trying to insert a jpg image into a post, which is 88 KB in size. Each time I try to insert the image I get a message saying: The size of the attachment exceeds the permitted limit. Kindly contact the portal admin for further help! I am not adding the image as an attachment, but simply clicking the Insert Image icon on the forum toolbar, so I don't think the attachment size settings should have an affect, but if it does, the settings for attachments
How do we resolve this error: Problem in sending email while doing IO operation.
It happens consistently on one user's laptop and sporadically on others'. It is severely impacting our business.
Problems with Webserver Mails didn't arrive

iPhone IMAP sent Folder
Hi i am using Zoho IMAP Mail on my iPhone. Everytime when i send an email i can see this mail twice in the sent folder. The mail was sent just once. When i am sending a Mail via Webinterface it works fine. How can i fix that? Thanks
Search in email problem
I have imported my old gmail and found several old spam messages with **SPAM** as subject. I want to get rid of these messages but as i search for **SPAM I also get all message with any mention of spam in the subject. As I search for **SPAM** I get no message at all. 1) what am i doing wrong 2) how to resolve this.. Thanks in advance Hans Pronk
Gmail "All Mail" folder after migration
Just finished the migration from gmail to zoho. All looks great but there is one little thing: I now have after migration a new map called Gmail with a submap called All Mail. The latter contains 21500 messages. Are these copies of all my old gmail messages? And can I safely delete these messages? Any help much appreciated Hans Pronk

Sending Email to AOL Mail accounts
For whatever reason emails that I have been sending from a POP3 account that I have configured on Zoho have not been going through to AOL mail. I have been using Zoho for about two weeks and this problem only cropped up yesterday. To the best of my knowledge my mail is going through to other domains, but I am obviously concerned as I am relying on it. Just looking for a little help/advice.

So i've set up one of my users with 2 email accounts: 1) tom[at]lcresponders.com 2)admin[at]lcresponders.com Now, when an email is sent, the name that appears is the first part of the email accounts for example with the second email address the sender is listed as "Admin".. Is is possible to change this? For example, I send a email from the admin account, and the sender is listed as "Thomas Holmes" instead of "admin" even though the email address is the same? Problem with POP3 and Mail.app (mac)
Hello, I recently joined zoho.com for email hosting. I use the POP3 free account. I enabled POP3 on the panel for the specific user. I configured mail.app using the following: POP3 port 995 TLS (password) SMTP port 456 TLS (password) and used: username@mydomain on both accounts. It doesn't work. Any ideas?
i have problem whit import contacs
export all contact groups that had formed the organization, create personal groups and now want to import but the system tells me that there is an error and to try later, I have been a week trying but still the same problem. I keep on getting error messges with my Zoho account. Other accounts are fine. If I check manually the messages are downloaded and displayed fine. Any solutions? Is Zoho just useless for IMAP?

Cannot open an attached document, OR File a Support case (while ZoHo is open in Internet Explorer)
I can no longer open an attached document, while in Internet Explorer. It worked as of last week. I also tried to compose a Support case, but all of the dropdowns were missing (I could see the arrow, but everything in the dropdown area was blank/wiped out). I was able to open ZoHo in Chrome, and can open the document there. I was also able to file a support case while in Chrome- but don't know if you received it. I did nor receive a confirmation with a case ticket number (like I have in the past).

Everything is all about sharing this and sharing that and working collaboratively in real time, etc., etc., etc., I just want five categories of contacts. Simple categories. Period. How does one do this?

Can't Configure POP or IMAP in Ubuntu
Trying to get the Ubuntu built in Thunderbird client to work with my zoho account. I keep getting the "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account" message. I have previously used Thunderbird with Windows and found it quite easy to configure. I have a screenshot with the error, but I'd prefer no to post it publicly.

Incomming Emails From Girlfriend Blocked
Incomming emails from my girlfriend seem to be blocked. I can send her email text messages to her phone, but when she replies they do not reach my inbox. It worked 2 days ago. I think zoho might have autoblocked her because several of my emails to her bounced due to unaccepted attachment extensions by her cell phone provider. What can I do to unblock her?

Hi, I would have added this to the Zoho Notes forum... but there doesn't seem to be one! :-) I'd like to see the capability to create a tree structure of the categories, but more importantly to assign a given note to one OR MORE categories, and then be able to filter per category. ZOHO Email Issues
Hey there, I'm currently having issues w/ sending out emails from ZOHO CRM from new / existing Leads, it seems that emails are being sent out ok from client(s)' Opportunities & Contacts, however having issues w/ Leads in particular -- the send email function is missing from the bottom of the page & when I got to 'send mail' using the Quick Actions, any emails going out to an email address that isn't gmail, the body of the email is blank when received by the recipient. Any help with these matters

Adding note to email
I would like to suggest a function (right click?) which allows the user to add a note for own comments to an email. My business has very little repeat business with no need for the CRM module so when an enquiry comes in I'd like to easily add a note to the email stating actions ie., 'quote for $85.00 sent 31.1.12' or 'draft sent with changes' - not necessarily a contact card as such but somewhere where I can make notations on actions and the like. Customer calls for follow up - bam! there it is

User is Inactive
User is Inactive. Why do i get this message when i try to access my account using a different browser or pc? Im currently logged using google chrome, Im really afraid to try to log out because i might not be able to log in again when i want to or i will have difficulty. I also cant access my general setting to change password. I cant verify email forwarding as when i enter my password, it says confirmation password is wrong. What should i do?
Account wrongly being seen as inactive?
I just got a message about an inactive user policy change. I presume that means Zoho thinks my account has been inactive. But how could that be? I download messages from Zoho almost daily! I interact with my account far more through my e-mail client than I do directly through the Web. It doesn't make sense that Zoho would fail to count that as activity. Will logging in through the Web on occasion be enough to reset the inactivity clock? I don't want my messages or my account deleted simply

Hi... I often get emails from a client to one of my personal email accounts even though I have a different specific email address set up for her. I've indicated to her several times to use the correct address.. but... well... she just keeps reverting back and my personal account gets flooded with her emails. I want to be able to automatically forward any emails she sends me to the correct account, but the filters in Zoho only allow me to move emails to folders. Is there a way to set up forwarding
