Inactive email acct. (deleted acct.) >> later activate email ?
I recently received a notice regarding the consequences of an inactive Zoho email acct. The notice led to the Inactive User Policy page. One thing I didn't' understand . . . Right now I'm not using Zoho email, and so I'm "inactive." I assume the consequence of this is that my default email acct. will be deleted, unrecoverable. That's fine. But does that mean I'll never be able to have a Zoho email acct. again as the current Zoho user that I am, should I decide I later want to have one ? In other
ADDING, VALIDATING AND VERIFYING A DOMAIN
Hello, I own the domain tubus.asia, and want to use this with zoho business/mail. I have tried the html file method as well as the cname method; I was not able to understand how to to the copy and upload method, and was not able to understand the instruction for the cname method. i am attaching the entry box as presented to me by the domain host; see attachment called cname. Is there anyway I can see how many incoming and out going mails we receive/send on a daily basis? This would be a helpful reporting tool and I cannot find out a way of how to get this information. Thanking you in advance

associate default from addresses for accounts
I am using zoho webmail to send and receive emails from my pop3 accounts. I have the associate default from addresses for the pop3 accounts set to the same address as the account. For example if the account I am accessing via pop3 is aa@domain.com, I set the associate default from address to aa@domain.com This seems to work OK most of the time but sometimes the people receiving my email will see in the reply to field of my email: aa@zoho.com. This leads to people either replying to my zoho account
Problem sending email within host
I just recently transferred my company email account from Squirrel mail to Zoho mail to host our company email. I am currently able to send and receive email from outside providers (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc) but I am unable to send or receive emails from my coworkers with the same domain name and host on Zoho. This problem goes for all the email addresses that is attached to my account. Does anyone know the reason for this? Thanks and much appreciated

Hi, what about adding an option to delete mails when in the thread view? We can "label entire thread", "forward" or "reply", but no way how to dispose of a message. Or at least I have not found it yet. Although I would not use it daily, every time I need such option I am very surprised it is actually missing. It does not make much sense. Zoho Mail's date time stamp - doesn't work
Hello, I have two Zoho accounts. One is for personal use. One is for business use. Before I switch to have a $2.50/month account, I want to make sure that the time stamp on email is correct. For my personal account, the time is 2 hours behind me. I am in Kansas City and the time always registers as Pacific. For my business account, the time is 5 hours ahead of me...it's Zulu/GMT time. zoho mail offline earlier this week/late last week
I was unable to get into my zoho mail earlier this week/late last week. I had to fine out from google to go to a "readonly" version of the webmail. Why was this and how come customers weren't informed? The support form didnt work and you there wasn't a support phone number to call you on? So no way for me to contact zoho and ask them what happened? Thanks
Mail bottom preview pane broken with Firefox Add-On Bar
In Firefox 14.0.1 the bottom message preview pane never shows up if Firefox's Add-On Bar is enabled. If you close the Add-On Bar you can then see the preview pane and have to drag it up so the message preview can be seen.
Sent emails from zoho not arriving at destination (Comcast account)
I recently set up a new zoho mail account. I can send and receive emails fine except when I try and send emails to my Comcast account as a test. The emails never arrive and I made sure @zoho.com is not blocked by Microsoft Outlook which I use to access my Comcast (Pop3) email. The sent emails are not bounced back to Zoho, they simply never arrive in my Comcast account. Yes, I checked the SPAM folder and am very familiar with email procedures.

My Gmail inbox has grown to 25GB and has become very slow. I need a big enough Zoho Mailbox to migrate. I remember Gmx.com and hotmail all provide unlimited mail storage. Does Zoho offer unlimited storage? Other things I look for is iMap and POP3 support. Also integration with calendars on my iphone, etc.

I am trying to set it up so inbound email sent to a specific address will be sent to multiple email addresses from with my organization? How do I set up this functionality? Zoho IMAP: Opera complains about low encryption level
Since last week or so, everytime the mail client in Opera starts I get a dialog as shown in attachment. On the next tab the message is "The server is using a short public encryption key which is not considered secure". I am only using imap for incoming messages, using imap.zoho.com on port 993, TLS enabled. Did anything change in the zoho mail system? Is there something that I can do about it?

Delay receiving emails
Hello, I have seen related topics before, but my issue seems to be slightly different. Just today I was able to migrate to Zoho, and I got a few new ones (I migrated from a my host mail, powweb.com/mail which uses squirrelmail). So I checked my Zoho inbox and had none, and then went to my previous account and had 2. How come these to emails did not make it to Zoho? How long does it take? Thanks

Hello New user here and have a question regarding POP settings between Gmail and Zoho. I am having my Gmail emails sent over to Zoho and I would like to have the Gmail messages deleted as soon as they are transferred in Zoho. I normally download my zoho email through Outlook, and since arriving this morning I can't download. I went to zoho online and logged in, and can't view my email online either. Corrupted headers in received messages
Hi. In the past two days I have received several messages that do not display correctly in the Zoho webmail client. The messages have no subject and the To and From fields are missing. In the message body you can see various lines from the message header. I have tried to investigate what is wrong using Thunderbird as an IMAP client. Hi, I am an author and send out articles to regional parenting magazines (who will publish multiple submitted material). I have the addresses divided into 15 categories so I can send the articles in 15 batches. But I just got the :554 5.1.8 blocked message. Changing "Re" into "AW"
Hi, I have a question about answering an Email. If I push reply the topic adds a "Re" as usual. Most of the German provider add "AW" instead.
