Is it possible to keep two accounts open at the same time? I have a Google address account that I use for Zoho Writer, but I'd like to get another one just for email. Can I keep them both open in separate tabs in Firefox at the same time, or is that not possible.
Synchronising Zoho mail with Iphone
Hi, Now that IMAP is publicly available (Thank you), I have implemeneted it on my iphone and I can see all new emails as the come in BUT On the iphone, I can move these emails into folders and delete some as well. These chnages are not reflected back into my zoho email account. Eaht am I doing wrong? Or is this not the way it is supposed to work? Thanks Dan
iPhone Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, & Reminders Sync
I have done some searching for a definitive answer, but all posts were from 3 years ago. Is it possibly to setup Zoho on iPhone as an "Exchange" account rather than "Other" and all items mentioned? MAIL
I'm on a MAC and use MAIL - not Outlook. Will I be able to use MAIL and have my contacts integrated and synced up with ZOHO MAIL or does ZOHO only work with Outlook? Everyone seems to use Outlook and all my contacts are in MAIL - which I prefer.
Can't attach and email in Windows 8
If you can't attach and email with your Zoho mail I would try the same procedure on a Window XP, Pro or a MAC PC. I when I uses a Microsoft Windows 8 slate I could not attach the file. Buechard Leverette (PC Technician)
POP problem
Since June 1th I cannot get my emails anymore with my Mozilla ThunderBird client. Nothing changed over here, but I am getting a message that ThunderBird is downloading new mails. The number of new mails exceeds by far the number of emails still not received at my email client. After a while of activity the activity stops, while nothing has happened. Web client does not label deleted messages
Hi. I am using Zoho mail via the web interface and with two different IMAP clients - Thunderbird and an Android phone. There seems to be a problem with the way Zoho handles messages that are deleted via IMAP. I am already familar with IMAP and expunge. When the IMAP client deletes a message it is flagged as "deleted". But the message is not erased immediately. It is only erased when the expunge command is issued. I also know about all the different settings that will cause an expunge to occur automatically.
I want to send e-mail from my company address?
I have set my company e-mail address as the default address to send from but my e-mails are still being sent from "zoho". How do I set up my company address as the default address? Have I missed something?

Yet another small problme actually this one is big The chat window keeps "stealing" the cursor. From everything! This makes the chat program very annoying, to the point it is useless. I am in a chat with someone. While I am typing in the chat, they send this causes the program to pause, and refresh, and I lose several characters. If I happen to switch to another program and am typing and someone sends a chat. the chat window pops up, and takes the cursor from my main program what I am typing goes

Hello, I do see the link right at the top of the email message which says "Display images below" followed by "Always show images from XX." I have tried both of these links but still no images display in the mail. I'm using IE8 to view my mail and have a person (not business) zoho mail account. thank you, -kathy

Zoho unable to be accessed via Sparrow Mac App.?
Hi there, the past week so or I have been unable to access Zoho mail via Sparrow. I have tried deleting the account within Sparrow and reconfiguring it but now it cannot establish the connection at all, saying my password/login might be wrong (of course i know it's not). I have also tried logging out of Zoho on my other devices but it makes no difference. Is there a currently a problem regarding Sparrow? If not, how can I resolve this as I keep my emails all together on the app? Thank you.

zoho outgoing mail blocked
Hi. My Mac Mail client for whatever reason just sent multiple versions of the same outgoing e-mail, and I just received a message from the Zoho MAIL ADMIN "Your Mail Outgoing blocked. I have received this error message when trying to send an email. I did some research and I found out that it means I have reached the output limit on my account for the day. But earlier I found out that my account was hacked, and sending spam emails to webmail accounts I have never heard of, full of text that seems like random words to me. ZOHO email account switching to "disabled"

IMAP access is blocked
I am suddenly unable to access my Zoho account and I'm getting an error message in Outlook that it's been blocked because I've exceeded the maximum number of simultaneous connections. I've been using both Outlook and Sparrow to access Zoho for quite some time without any problems until now.

Problem with Mail

Zoho Mail got really slow today!

POP3 Setup not Responding
I am trying to setup a pop3 connection between my work email and zoho mail. Unfortunately I keep getting this error: " Could not connect to the mail server. Kindly check if the mail server name and port settings are correct.". I have used these exact setting for importing to my Gmail account and they worked fine. Is there any reason why the POP3 might not be working? Is there any known issues currently with the system right now? I am using: port 110 unsecured
Problem in sending while doing IO operation / Delay in receiving emails
We are experiencing problems today, when sending emails we get the message " Problem in sending while doing IO operation" I also tested from another email and it took more than 20 minutes to receive an email. "Accounts" under settings shows a defunct account

USING ZOHO FOR CRAIGSLIST EMAILS
I have added zoho to be able to email sellers on Craigslist. My Verizon ISP address is dynamic - Craigslist says that I need a non-generic DNS for my IP address - so I have added Zoho.
