help setting up zoho through k9
hi, it looks (to me) like everything is correct. when setting up, and in settings>fetching mail>incoming server, i put in my zoho username and password and get: "Setup could not finish Cannot connect to server. (Unable to connect.)" help please. is there a server problem? when i put in incorrect password i get same message. TY!!!
default mail account becomes disabled on its own
My default mail account has not received mail in over an hour (I get mail EVERY 10 minutes without fail). When I look at the account settings it says that it is disabled. (not by me). So I enable it again and save. Then I go back to get mail - and nothing comes in. I wait a few minutes, and the account is disabled again. What is going on? Thsi account is critical to me.
Change in way Emails are viewed
I've noticed that within the last 3 days, many Emails (those with HTML content) have started opening scrolled all the way to the bottom of the message. I then have to scroll up to read the beginning of the message. Did something change? I'm using Firefox v13.0.1.
Cannot compose an email (while ZoHo is open in Internet Explorer)
Cannot compose or reply to an email, while in Internet Explorer. It worked as of yesterday, 4 PM Pacific time. Tried to file a support case, but the submit button was missing. I was able to open ZoHo in Chrome, and can compose/reply there. I was also able to file a support case- but don't know if you received it. I never did receive a confirmation with a case ticket number (like I have in the past). I've already cleared my cache and did a computer restart- that did not change things. thanks, Melissa
No copy of email in sent mail folder when sending mails through leads, contacts or potentials
Hi, When I send (mass) mails through the module contacts, I do not receive a copy of sent emails in my outbox or sent folder (not in ZoHo mail or Gmail) . Also these mails are not showing in the contact module. I have my Gmail account integrated with my ZoHo mail. I use my Gmail account as default. Email fetch not working
I have not received an email in my in box for over 24 hours. The POP account is active and everything seems fine but no new emails are being retrieved. They are not coming by auto (every 3 minutes/ 200 emails) nor if I hit fetch. I have tried log in - log out, changing folders, rebooting, but still nothing. Please help.

Mobile POP3 Connection
I am trying to activate a connection to my Zoho account via my Samsung Galaxy Ace using K9 mail app. I have been able to setup my gmail account without problem but have so far been unable to setup my Zoho account. The standard K9 set up is very easy and I have had both accounts working previously but had to reinstall K9 since when no luck with Zoho. After entering my email address the only info requested during set up is user name and password but each time I try this I get a message to the effect
Opera browser - annoying bugs with everyday use
Hi I found the flowing problems with Opera compatibility: 1) text selection in mails.... is almost impossible. For some reasons if one wants to select fe. a word most of the times all of the text above is selected as well. 2) When using "list emails from sender"(btw. this line is not translated in my language version [polish]) the tab with the mail list has all the text selected. That "selection" is irreversible.

Hi, We needed the full URL to Zoho Mail without the business interface, such as, without the left-side panel; I found an URL that ends with a [comId=] key. Is this key unique to my login or to the Zoho e-mail API? Thank you.

Hi, For some reason all the mail on my account, except the few most recent, has suddenly disappeared and I can't find a way of getting it back. Does anyone know why this might have happened? I recently installed Thunderbird on my desktop but I don't see why that should have affected the server. Thanks Clive

What are the limits of a Zoho account? The storage for free users is unlimited or 5GB? A user can create and use only one account zoho? Can I create more than one account zoho? (2,3,5,10 account zoho). Or is there a limit? What is the limits for the attachments? Thank you

Outlook Mac 2011- IMAP issue
I am having some issues with my email client. It times out for IMAP . Program I am using is outlook for mac 2011. i get authencation errors. why does it not download all emails correctly either. its got to keep connecting. it does this in apple mail too cause i tired apple mail. IMAP just doesnt seem as fast as it should be

Mail migration problem- Zoho doesn't find my ne account?
Hello there, I am trying to migrate all the email from my old server to Zoho, and have followed all the instructions. I am now at the point where the migration data has been inserted and the new migration has to be started, but when I click on "Start" it says "add accounts before migrating" despite having one already. My Zoho mail contacts are empty. I need my CRM contacts in there.
How do I go about linking the the mail add-on with my CRM contacts? I cannot export the full .csv file from Zoho CRM as there are more than 3000 contacts, and I cannot import anything larger than 1 Mb into my Zoho mail contacts. What do I do?
Change how email accounts display?
At the bottom of the column on the left, under the "compose" button, two email accts display, and then there is a "more" button to select additional accts if you are fortunate enough to manage way too many email addresses. Is there any way to change the number of accts that display by default. I would like all my emails to show, One less button to click . . . Thanks Tim

Outages possibly upset incoming emails?
Hi everybody, I searched for this issue but couldn't find anything similar. Starting today, I have received many emails at different times with the From sender line showing 'Not provided', the subject line '(No Subject)' and the size 0kb. The emails open fine as if they were intentional, just blank. Unread Mail count in Page Title does not update
Using Chrome on Windows, the page title when using Zoho Mail is "Mail - Unread(x)" where x is an integer. I assume this should show the number of unread messages in my folders. However, when I delete unread messages, this number does not update.

I use Zoho Mail via IMAP with Thunderbird 9 and sometimes via the Zoho Mail web interface. Unfortunately, the "Archive folders" of Zoho Mail web interface do not appear in Thunderbird. Leave mail ticked for more than one action
I don't know if this has been suggested before but I find it annoying that if you tick some emails to do something, let's say to mark them as read, the tick disappears when you have done that, so that if you want to do something else with the same emails, for example move them to another folder, you have to tick them all over again. It would be much better if the green tick remained until your final action, after which you could click on the box at the top of the ticks column to clear them all

Hello, I just set up an email account with my domain name and did what it said to verify it so I can set up some email accounts. Deleted emails
If I delete an email and empty the trash bin, has the data been deleted from your server or, if the relevant authority (say IRS) asked for all emails to/from a particular Zoho email address, would they be given emails that have been "permanently" deleted?
Zohomail on Outlook problem
I am getting a pop up on emails that says; Your server reported a IUD that does not comply with the IMAP standard. This typically indicates a server bug. Your program may not function properly after this. After I click ok it goes away but comes back with the next email that I try to delete.
Zoho mail web page looks weird on Google Chrome browser
this should be interesting. Zoho mail (on Google Chrome, Ubuntu 12.04) is the only webpage (I've kept an eye on hundreds by now) whose right scroll-down/-up option is gone. Not only this: any command right of "upgrade" - "control panel" cannot be reached. Using "ctrl-minus" to decrease the size of characters/graphics does not help. can you please advise. thank you. I'd be glad to attach a screenshot but cannot see any option on the forums page.
Default "From" address
I set my mail "From" to use a different address than my @zoho address. However this does not seem to be working as the "From" address shows only the zoho address. I am not sure what the point of having this option if it is not going to do it. Please advise,
