Cannot respond to email and include original attachment. How can this be done.
Search emails by clicking on name in main window
Old version allowed you to click on the name of sender in the main window that would then open a new tab. That tab would have only emails sent by that person. How can I change this back. Jody
Mail from filter
We have lost the ability to filter our inbox by "from" or "subject" you can only filter by "date" why have you taken such a useful and simple feature out of the system on the upgrade - crazy.

Mail problems
I recently added Zoho mail to my Droid X cell phone. I can send mail from my phone but it does not receive mail. Can you please help me solve the problem? I am switching from Gmail to Zoho because I love many of the features Zoho has to offer that Gmail simply cannot match. Keep up the good work!
Login Button freezes for more than 15 seconds
In zMail Login, I see that the login button is freezing after clicking it for more than 15 seconds. Also even if there is already active Zoho Session in the browser the login IFRAME seems to be blanking out for this period before saying 'Loading ...' Email usage
If I either upgrade to professional or add the mail add-on so that I can use the bulk email function, with 2 users, will we have only one email inbox and send address? (ie, will all of our email dump into one inbox even tho it is meant for different users?) And, can we send from separate addresses? Do I have to upgrade all users or can I just upgrade 1 user and leave the others as free? Thanks, Cheryl
email wont load
several times in a few days my zoho mail will not load. the page comes up with the icons written in text instead and i am unable to click on inbox, only forums, calendar, ect. any help appreciated. xizoho@zoho.com

IMAP access major problems
We are having major problems (likely related to this? https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/account-temporarily-blocked-for-imap-use-for-several-days-now ) With all of the accounts under the @free-times.com email accounts. Can you please check to see if the IMAP issues for all @free-times.comc emails are experiencing this (or a very similar) IMAP issue? We are looking into switching to a different email provider if the sporadic IMAP problems can't be diagnosed promptly. Thanks!
External Accounts
When I configurate my external accounts, I can see them just under my Zoho account as you can see in th screenshot. Will i configurate a 4e account, then you will see under the 3e another button, not with the "account" but with the text "more". Is ther any possibility in the settings to move that one, so you can see the 4e one also as an account? Or is there any setting, you can set the number of accounts you can see? I hope that my subscription can mention what I mean. Like to hear from you. Thanks

Just wondering if there's some plan to increase the number of mails that can be sent at a time. 50 is very limited. Is there some plan to perhaps giving users more ability in this area? Thanks.

Emails "delayed" several hours/days - "qq trouble" message
Hi, I just set up IMAP access to my Zoho Mail through my smartphone, but when I send out a message using the phone it doesn't get to its destination. I get a mailer-daemon response that says "ResponseCode 451, qq trouble in home directory (#4.3.0)]" I am receiving mails just fine. How do I fix this problem?

I am trying to set-up Zoho Mail for my husband. He is working with a new organisation and he wants to manage emails from their domain via Zoho. They have given set-up instructions for incoming mail as IMAP, but I can only find instructions on setting Zoho up for POP3. Unable to open messages properly in IE 9
Recently installed IE 9.0.8112.16421, in Windows 7 home. Zoho Mail doesn 't function as it did previously in IE8 - right-clicking message no longer brings up "open in preview" option or any option that will open the message. Clicking or double-clicking the message does not open it. I have changed the viewing options for the folder to "open in new tab" or "open in new window" but no difference. I have one main ZOHO account, under which I have set up a few POP3-accounts, since ZOHO is really such a brilliant environment. There recently was trouble with the home accounts (non-ZOHO) of a couple of the POP3"feeds". The result was that I had to merge one home account (non-Zoho) with the other, consequently also merging their Zoho-representations. All went rather brilliantly. Zoho Mail won't send out. 451 Internal Error
I haven't had a problem previously. When I tried to send emails from 3 different email addresses in the Zoho Mail account, the mail doesn't get sent and I get an error: "451 Internal Error". I have reset the settings, tried all I know to do. Any ideas? thanks.
mobile question - Can't get email on Samsung Galaxy S phone
My Zoho mail account is currently set to IMAP protocol. I have no problems with it on my home Mac book using apple mail, and I have no trouble on my desktop PC at work logging in via the zoho website. On the phone when I open the email app then add account feature on the phone it asks for my email address, username, and password. When I enter these, the phone attempts to connect - but I get an error message back that says either my email address, username, password, or settings are incorrect. (301)
"reply to all" inconsistency

I sent a mail with 15mb attachement from my outlook (IMAP). I do not where the mail goes. The receipant has not received and I have NOT received any returned mail, saying it exceeds the attachment limit. What is the problem? My question is 1. What is attachment size limit? I am using my company domain 2. Should I receive any noice if it fails to deliver due to size of attachment? 3. Does Zoho have any plan to incease the attachement size limit?
kmail (kde email client) error, can't retrieve mail through imap
Hi, I'm using kmail as my mail client and since a few days, I can't get mail from imap. I get this error message : "Login failed, server replied: A000002 NO Your account is temporary blocked for IMAP use... blah blah" There was no update to the mail client, so I don't undertand why I can't fetch my mails anymore... How to use CRM contacts from Zoho Email?
How can I access email addresses in zoho crm from my zoho email application? The email app within zoho crm does not allow me to add a cc or bc email address from a drop down or lookup (it has to be typed manually which is not practical!) & generally the email within crm funtionality is limited. Therefore I use zoho email application, however I cannot seem to access or sync the contacts within crm? Can this be right or am I missing something here? Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have purchased ZRecruit licence and use the mail function however I am using ZCRM free format but I need to be able to use the mail over both the applications, I will never hit 250 bulk emails a day in the Recruit nor in the ZCRM due to the nature of my business and market. This question is from an old discussion. Any solution? "Zoho Mail sends my outgoing emails with From: me@mycompany.com [ this is GOOD ], and Sender: me@zoho.com - this is NOT so good. Many email clients ignore Sender header, but some, most notably MS Outlook and Hotmail use it to construct "From" field along the lines of: "Sent by me@zoho.com on behalf of me@mycompany.com" This is confusing and unprofessional. I cannot possibly move my colleagues to Zoho until their emails look like they come from
