Outlook 2007 Calendar invites from external domains ie NOT from within Zoho.
I use POP with my Outlook 2007 email client on my home machine, Just recently I have been getting a problem with Calendar invites sent from my work Outlook calendar to my home calendar, all I get is a text based email and no option to accept, or decline the calendar invite? This has only started happening recently , no changes have been made to my machine, and my wife is also having the same problem on her machine using the same Outlook client/ If I send between my Zoho accounts it works fine
Linking an email to a task
I'm a newbie, and I would like to know if there is a way to establish a link of mails on a taks. The use for this is simple. For example, I defined a task to buying a computer. For this purpose I receive and send email related to this task. Is there a way to link all the comunication with the specific task? Thanks

Zoho Mail Needs a Delte Button In Message View
New Zoho user here. My first impressions of mail are really good. Love it. One thing that appears to be missing though is a "Delete" button while reading an email. It seems crazy that the only way to delete a message is to select a checkbox in list view and hit delete at top... There should be an easy to access delete message button beside the reply, forward, etc

Hi Zoho team, I think there may be issues with the IMAP server again. I'm unable to download emails to Apple Mail, although I can read them on the web interface. I'm seeing the following error: "The server returned the error: The attempt to read data from the server “imap.zoho.com” failed." Note that there was a problem with the IMAP service a couple weeks ago; see this old thread on the forums. Has the same issue cropped up again? Can you take a look please?
Dashboard Missing From Apps
I disabled the Dashboard icon under apps on the left handside of Zoho Mail and now can't find where to add it back. I went into Control Panel but it says it is enabled. Making it disabled and enabled again does not bring it bac. Tom
POP account cannot automatically retrieve

Automatic deleting from IMAP
Is it possible for messages, once I have read them in POP, to no longer appear in IMAP? Or do I have to sign in to the webmail and delete the messages manually?
Recover Lost Email?
I am not sure if any email provider does this but was wondering if, say an employee accidently deletes a few emails that were very important. Is there a way Zoho can somehow recover them? Our exchange server here at the physical location is backed up every night and we are able to retrieve emails from previous dates. Thanks

Can't open subfolders
In Chrome on Windows 7, just recently I am sometimes unable to open my subfolders. If I keep clicking on them in the renaming area they sometimes respond but this is not always the case. I do have Better Popup Blocker on Chrome but have it set to allow popups from zoho.com, so I don't think that's causing the issue.

I set up a zoho account a few days ago, then realized that most of the messages I had been sending people had not arrived. I also found that I was not receiving messages that other people have sent me. Apparently I am receiving some of them, but I have no idea how many are not getting to me. I have the account set up for POP & IMAP. I've been trying out Zoho for the past couple of days as an alternative to Gmail/Yahoo. Thought I'd leave a few first impressions that might help the developers or others. 1. Zoho looked good on first load. 2. Zoho was annoying to set up in terms of users and accounts, overly complicated with it's own idea of what things should be. But, support forum had a quick reply. 3. Time / Date Format - 24 Hour Clock
Email arrival time is displayed in this format 06:32 AM and 06:32 PM. It's a kind of mismash of a 24 hour and 12 hour display format. Is there a way to get it to show in 24 Hours, eg 06:32 and 18:32. The preceding 0 can be confusing at quick glance, espically for PM.
How do I access my zoho email with my iphone through POP?

Emailing Groups?
Hello! So I am new to Zoho and plan to migrate our company to it. We have many users and everyone is in a group of some sort. I looked at the Organization groups - A section where every employee can see if they are on zoho - but was wondering how I can email that group which would then send an email to the members in that group. There are groups such as ALL@ (Emails all employees), ITSTAFF@ (Emails all IT employees), Productionbuilding@ (Emails the members at our production facility).....etc.

I have a domain hosted by zoho, and am beginning to switch to zoho mail for all my personal and work related mail. I oganise small community events and one of my work mail addresses has to be given out publicly, on publicity and in supporters facebook accounts, blogs, etc I have noticed that this email address attracts proliferous spam, and don't want to bring this problem to my domain name. I would like to manage my mail by setting up 6 aliases for the same mail address, and automatically filter incoming mail for each of these aliases to its own folder. I would like replies to use the same aliases. Is this possible? If so, how best to set all these aspects up.? When I go to the filter control, would I select 'to' then ' begin with.' then put the email alias id in the next field? If I want to receive cc mail, is it sufficient to select 'to' in the first field, or should I select 'to/cc'?

problems with the MX record in CDmon and pop3

Deletion of Read emails via POP
I generally retrieve emails from my Zoho mail account via POP3 rather than via a web browser. The mail client is set up to delete retrieved emails from the mail server (Zoho). If another POP3 mail client accesses the Zoho email server later the emails that have already been retrieved do not download via POP (which is correct). However, when I login to Zoho via a browser all of these emails are still showing as new emails. Shouldn't these "read" emails be moved into the Trash folder on Zoho

Email delivery delay - Yahoo
It seems there is a HUGE issue with emails being delivered to Yahoo addresses. When I send a message to a yahoo address it has a time delay of around 4 hours. I'm guessing the problem is the Zoho servers, but are you aware of other email providers (e.g. hotmail) doing the same. I know this is definately happening as I've tested it myself yesterday and today - I have customers who use Yahoo and email is time sensitive so what is an alternative?

Dashboard freezes when trying to open mail. (Using Chrome 14)
Recently (like the last two weeks), opening mail from my dashboard has become impossible. The spinner just spins, and nothing happens. As soon as I switch to the "Mail" page, the emails open fine. It's not a "show-stopper" by any means, but it's a definite inconvenience. Any suggestions? (besides ditching Chrome, it really is the best browser out there).

Hello, Whenever I reply to an e-mail with multiple recipients, my own e-mail alias appears in the recipients field. I don't want to recieve the reply I send to others, so I have to delete my own e-mail alias everytime I send a "reply to all". Is there someway I can edit this?
