Sorting Labels
Does anyone know if you can sort labels in Zoho mail. Seems that at the moment they stay in the order which they were created. I believe Alphabetical or manually moving them would be better.

Cc textbox in Compose Window
Hello, many of us don't usually use the "Cc textbox" when composing emails so I would appreciate a new Show/Hide option for "Cc textbox in Compose Window" in: Settings > My Preferences > Compose This is currently available only for "Bcc textbox". Hiding the Cc textbox would help us to have a cleaner "compose window". Greets.

Inserting Email Headers from Contact List
When composing an email, when I click on the "To:" button to access my Contact list, I get a list with all of the email addresses, but only the First Names from my Contact list, I have to type the Last Names in manually. Not a big deal, but I am accustomed to including the full names of my recipients in the headers of the emails that I send. Is there a setting that I can change somewhere so that both the First and Last Names of my contacts can be automatically inserted into the email headers?
Web Form embedded in an Email template
Hi Zoho CRM experts 1. I have created a Web To Lead Form 2. I copied the Form HTML and pasted it into an Email Temaplate 3. Sent email to Customer X by using Email Template 4. Customer X received Email and completes the Form and presses SAVE 5. Result - the Lead database/table is not updated and I am not sure why? Any ideas please. delayed mails
I'v recently noticed that some of the mails I'm receiving are hours or days late. This concerns only Zoho, mails from other accounts (that I receive through Zoho as well) arrive perfectly in time. I'm using Zoho for all of my daily mail communication, so this problem is pretty disastrous. I hope this is temporary?!

Tab View Mode
There should be a next/previous mail button/shortcut in tab viewing mode. It should also display next conversation after deletion or archieve. Life will be lot easier then. ZOHO Fan Hemal

What's up with smtp.zoho.com? I can't send any emails from Thunderbird neither through smtp.zoho.com port 587 nor through 25. In both cases it fails with "connection timed out". It's been failing since at least 10 hrs ago - has nobody in Zoho noticed?

Wrong from email in address
I have a number of POP3 Email Accounts set up in Zoho for separate businesses I run. The idea was when I send out an email it is sen as coming from that email address and NOT my ZOHO email address. I have had several people reply to emails I have sent them and see in the header of my email the zoho email address is shown and it says some like on behalf of uuuu@xxxx.com when the latter is my POP3 email. We use Zoho hosted business email (and Zoho CRM services) with www.olddomain.com and now want to migrate over to www.newdomain.com also hosted by Zoho. Using Thunderbird and do not have a "zoho" email
We have just had our email transferred here to zoho and I am trying to set it up with Thunderbird. I do not have a zoho email account that I know of to set it up but my emails are coming through the zoho mail system???? I have the account setup directions for Outlook but it asks for a zoho email address. When I look at the email address on my zoho acct it shows the other server address...."@xxxxxxxxx.com". Question: can you Add Notes to a Lead or Contact from within the Email Application?
Background: I receive a ton of email and it would be great if I could associate an email to a Lead or Contact from within the Email Application. This way, when I'm in the CRM application, I can view all the emails that were added to my Notes section. Is this feasible in any way? Again, within the Email Application, I would love to "Add to" an email message that takes the email and creates a new Note for that Lead / Contact within the CRM application. This enhances my productivity tremendously

Sales forecasting
In the forecasting detail page What does quote Mean where does it come from? Committ amount found a nice explanation of what it is but again where does it come form like wise with best case amount? iPad Safari Mail Access
Hi: I've been trying to access my mail account through the iPad browser. I can log in at your home page and the inbox populates, but files don't open, nor can I log out. Purging cache and cookies haven't resolved the problem. The debug console, however, tells me there is a JavaScript Error on line 1 and that it refused to set unsafe header "Content-Length [or] "Connection." Is this on my end or yours? Unable to properly convert email to CRM Lead
I am new here trying to use zoho to manage my vacation rental leads. 95% of my leads come in via email from two marketing services. The body of the email contains all the information I want mapped over to the Leads CRM (such as name, number, email, property number of interest, dates of stay, etc...). The problem I am having is that when I select the "Add to CRM leads" option all that transfers is my marketing company name and email, this is information is the same for all the leads I receive.

Dear developers It seems that the 'Refresh' button is broken.
