How do you add a user to the free version?
I just typed a question and accidentally sent it into cyberspace so I apologize if it shows up and this is a duplicate. I am 70 years old and am new to all of this so please excuse my ignorance. I am writing procedures that I want someone to have access to. I don't want to send them as attachments or end up with multiple versions of a procedure. When I signed up for the free version of Zoho it said up to 3 users. I thought I would be able to have at least another address that I could use for my partner
Edit account to DELETE FROM SERVER POP3
How can I get access to my existing account SETTINGS to change the setting to DELETE FROM SERVER as soon as the mail is checked as POP 3 from any source .... such as Webmail, Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Vista mail, K-9 mail on my smartphone etc. Want the mail to delete from the server from the first time any source gets to download/check mail. Hopefullly I do not have to delete my existing account and start over to set it up that way.
Dashboard "Manage Page" button gone
On the dashboard view of zoho business, I used to have "Manage Page" button at the top of the view which would allow me to choose what gadgets I'd like on the dashboard view... For some reason that "Manage Page" button is no longer there. Did I do something to turn it off? I can't seem to find any setting for it.

Subject in CAPS on palm pre
Hi, I am accessing my zoho account via IMAP on my palm pre, and the subject line of every single email is in capital letters. Every other account on my pre shows the subject correctly. I recently started using Zoho, it seems to work fine except It appears peopel using outlook can not reply or forard my emails, they get an error mail can not be sent. When they type a new email it sends to me fine, any suggestions?

Mail DELETED when switching between accounts!
I was writing/composing an email in one account and had spent some time on this. Then I switched from my zoho account to my other mailaccount (pop account). When I switched back, the mail under zoho was gone! I repeated this to make sure it was not just bad luck. NO, this happens again! PLEASE change that! Now I have to write the whole mail again. At least save a draft when changing, but it would be best to just keep the tab with the new mail in this account open.
Index 'tab' for contacts
I have just imported my contacts from Outlook. What appears to be missing is an 'index tab' so that you can quickly jump to view contacts starting with a particular letter i.e. clicking on the letter S will show you all contacts beginning with S. This makes it much quicker to navigate a large number of contacts and would be a very useful addition. (Sorry I meant to post this under the 'Ideas' section)

Whenever I save a document under writer it wants to save a titled document plus untitled doc and i need the untitled to stop. It creates too much time having to delete them and searching becomes more of problem thanks.

Hi, I have several pop mail accounts in my Zoho Mail application. I would like to use Zoho Contacts to manage all my contacts. I've checked that sent email addresses has automatically saved as contacts. Is there any way to automatically save all received and sent email addresses in Zoho Contacts? Or maybe a way to automatically assign each contact to a differente group by email account wich was received or sent? Example: I have 2 mail accounts: A, B. If I send an email with account A to address1@example.com
More standardisation across applications (Tasks and Calendar)
Couldn't find a forum specifically for Tasks - so have posted this here. I would like to see more standardisation when creating an Event or Task. It would therefore be nice, if the Tasks application could also have save/delete/cancel buttons in the same place as the Events screen.

Moving Mailboxes from one pop account to another
Hi, sorry if this already been covered but I couldn't find it. I've been using Zoho mail which is excellent. I have been using an info@ address as my main email address, I have 2 other accounts myname@ and accounts@. Recently 2 people have told me my info@ account goes into their spam mailbox but when testing myname@ didn't. So I would like to use myname@ as my main account but have the mailboxes from info@. All my mailboxes with lots of subfolders are in my info@ account, can I easily move them
problem in saving documents

I have a database with e-mail addresses; If I click on an e-mail address in Zoho creator and want to send an e-mail by Zoho Mail directly, is it possible?? I mean... is there another solution than to click on "compose" in Zoho Mail and to copy-paste the-mail address... like the e-mail default program for example... Regards.
Adding categories to new task?
I am not sure it is my method or if there might be an oversight. When adding a new task, I can not add a category in the window you add the task with. It is defaulted to General. When I save the task, I can check its box in the list then change the category. Seems like extra work to me. Thanks, Fred

Hi! Me and my friend are using same zoho-emailaddress, and we would like to send e-mails as different "users". We are this far: two accounts using same mail, but how can we create "own sender-profiles"? Meaning, when e-mail says who sent u post, it says; Your name here <example@what.com> so we want to change that "your name here"-part to our names, different names. How can we do that?

Footer images missing
I have 6 email accounts in Zoho all with different signatures which each incorporate a small logo in the footer. I included a small logo to replace the Zoho Mail one at the top left hand corner of the screen which shows 100% but the text in each of my signatures has now lost its formatting and appears in one line and the logos that I had incorporated into each signature have vanished. What has happened ?

Whenever I receive and/or send an email to someone that isn't one of my contacts, they automatically get added to my contact list. Is there any way to keep this from happening?
Customizing Task Reporting
Hello! I am interested in printing a task list for all items that are not closed or cancelled. In the reports tab, it looks like I would have to run two separate reports to get this list. Is there a way to generate a single report which lists all "open" (In Process and Needs Action) tasks while excluding all "closed" (Canceled and Complete) tasks? Also, I would like to sort the "open" tasks by due date so that I can see the tasks in the order in which they are due. Is this possible? Thanks!
