Drag & Drop Email to Folders
I know you guys are working hard on new features, but I was wondering where drag and drop of emails to folders falls on the priority list. Do you think this is more of a 2008 feature or a 2009 feature? Thanks.
Send mail as name
Hello I have 2 questions. The first one is: How do I get my name to appear in the "From" space of an email. When I send now it just has my Username <email address@zoho.com>. How do I make it My name <email address>? My second question is, will Zoho Mail ever have advertising or is this how it is planned to remain? Thanks
Accessing Document folders
When adding sub-folder to MY Folder, they show in the Folder List on the left and in the Documents Desktop. If you click on them in the Document Desktop, it says the folder is empty. If you select from the Folder list on the left it shows all of the documents. Any ideas as to what is causing this? Thanks, Fred

Multiple Organization / Domains?
I'm new to Zoho and very excited about possibly switching from BaseCamp/highRise to Zoho. Before I create an organization/domain for my zoho business account. Is it possible to have two org/domains? Our sales guy is tasked with managing the sales for one of our clients. And we need to be able to organization any contacts made on the clients behalf under their organization. Ideally I would create an org/domain setup for our company. Then one for the client we manage as well. Is this possible?

Organizational Group Tasks

task suggestion
I mainly use zoho for the task and calendar applications. Raja is probably tired of me emailing him, but the zoho team has done a great job of fixing all of the bugs I've encountered over the last 6 months. One suggestion: when adding a new task, it would be easier to assign and categorize it right away rather than having to add it first. This creates an unnecessary step. If one could do this in the boxes (that are currently grayed out) it would save time. Thanks, jasonod

Pop3 Accounts
I have several Pop3 Accounts added to my Zoho account.... My question is....Is there anyway to "fetch" all my accounts emails at once rather than each account individually?? Thanks for any replys
Two questions about receiving mails
How often does Zoho Mail native account (...@zoho.com) actualize looking for new mails? Or is it instantaneous? Is there any way to be notified when you receive an email, no matter the tab you are in? (with a popup, or virtual popup...). Thank you for your attention.

I just found this site a few minutes ago and subscribed right away. I operate 4 home businesses. It's just what I do. docs sharing is not working
halo, i am just checking all zoho options, especially those to use of from zoho business. what i can see is that sharing of the documents option is simply not working! please send verification/reasons/plans for improvement, i really need this option to work with it! regards
unactive on Filter setup
Dear Sir, when I work on Settings -> Personalize -> Filters -> Add Filter -> the table of "Filter Name" is un-active, and can not write any word, and also the same problem with the table after the selection "Begins with" please help to check and fix it. Kenten

smtp issues with cox.net (or any blocking relaying)
cox.net does not allow me to send from their network using zoho mail (zoho accesses smtp server from outside the cox network) I can get my cox account incoming mail from inside cox network or outside If inside zoho mail can get but not reply If outside zoho can get mail and can send new mail (from zoho mail default acc), but I cannot reply to cox account mail using zoho when I am outside. Shared items not visible in Business Dashboard or Documents
We are testing Zoho business. If we share a document in Zoho Writer, the item is visible for other users when they entered Zoho Writer. But if the user clicks on Dashboard or Documents / shared to me the items are not visible. In the dashboard the menuitems: Sheets, Presentations and Documents just show the message 'Loading'. But nothing happens
Redirecting email & End of mail message

I am looking at starting a small company, with 10 people needing computers with internet access. Lets call this company newco I need some of the people to be members of various groups, like service@newco.com, sales@newco.com, parts@newco.com etc Can I do this with ZoHo?
PDF & Document Management
When will Zoho Business/Zoho Start support full document management (pdf management). Google Docs just enabled support for uploading pdf's. You can't really do much with them as far as editing goes, but for full computing in the cloud, we will need to store pdf's online.
Hide reminders from desktop page
I still show past reminders in my desktop page. How can I hide/delete these reminders from the desktop page without having to delete the event in the calendar application.
When is a unified calendar coming to Zoho?
Hi, I thought the latest update to ZB would bring a unified calendar across all apps (except crm for now). But to my disappointment this is not the case. They all still do not talk to each other. Is a unified calendar still planned. Did it get delayed? I know we are a couple of months from SSO in CRM but I thought the unified calendar would happen before that on all of the other ZoHo apps. I need domain name help
I can't register my domain in Zoho business because it says it already exists but I haven't had to register it in any of the Zoho programs. I am also using Zoho CRM which is linked to Outlook so I don't care about getting my email in Business. It won't let me add any users until I register my domain but it won't let me do that either.

Some documents & all sheet documents not showing on desk
Hi, Is there some sort of tag, or do I have to add or some other setting to get all of my documents to show on the desktop tab for zoho business? I have none of my sheet documents showing and only a few of my writer documents are showing. One common thread with all of the documents that are not showing is that they are shared read only with other people. Do I have to add my self to the share list? The documents do show up when I open sheet or writer. Thanks

Not able to delete company logo

I am receiving the following error mesage when I attempt to set-up my pop account in Zoho Mail. Dear support, I�ve configured my dataone (BSNL) account in my outlook and its working perfectly fine. I tried to configure the same in Zoho. It is able to receive the mails but not able to send mails. Hi! I like ZOHO Mail because I have the same inbox on all the computers I use.... but I can only send mails from gmail. I can read all the mail in my company POP account, but I cannot send mails through the company SMTP server. I tried to configure smtp.gmail.com as the outgoing server but that didn't work either.
