Downloading 2 email accounts into ZOHO
I really love your product, and been training myself in all the features. In the email, I added a second account. MY default is .net, and I added .com. I sent an email from my excite email, and it never downloaded. I have also sent an email to my yahoo account, and it has never showed up. Also it seems when a new user submits his info, he has immediate access to the system. Normally an email is sent out to authenticate the user ( to prevent people from playing jokes). Is that in the works? or am
time & billing
let's say a contact comes to visit, i will like to start billing from the minute i say hi!, or if he calls me i could also bill him, or if i schedule an appointment and he decides not to show up, charge a fee for time waisted, also if i go to court for him, charge per hour. no, i am not a lawyer, but some of my clients are, and that will be a nice thing for them to have. thanx again.
vo will not start . xp version
I am unable to start vo under xp. All appears fine until the "loading zoho group discussions" then it terminates early and the service does not start. Any suggestions?
IMAP Support w/SP1
First I would like to say the latest Service pack 1 has resolved many issues with IMAP. One issue I would like to see addressed is this. Once an account has been configured Zoho seems to mark all messages on the server as read. For example I may receive 30 e-mails throug the morning but I will not get notification of new e-mails from my e-mail client. When I log in they are all there though marked as if they were read. Dear sirs I download the trial version to test it and i get a error message whe i try to install some local emails I have my email server at the same PC with Zoho Virtual office. What settings i must put to Settings-Admin-System setting to use my local email server? Can i use the same settings for each user's acount ? I try to put "localhost" or the name of the PC or the ip of the PC but all the time i get hte message : Error Message: EOF on socket I dont have problems with all others emails that

Hello, Apart from the charset problem described in my last post, I realized too that when I'm posting a new discussion item or uploading a new file (I haven't tested more sections), posting date always appears as 1st of january 1970. I don't know if it's a config error or a generic bug. I'm using the last version (SP1), timezone is configured as GMT+1 and date format dd/mm/yyyy. Thank you very much.

Long email logins criple email function
I couldn't setup email accounts that belong to a long domain name which require the entire email address as the user login. The domain name is a .bc.ca and it seemed to cut the .ca off the end. This might be a possible bug.

Tasks - start and due date cannot be changed
I experience the following troubles with the trial version: Although I enter a current task with certain dates (f.i. 08/25/2005 for start and due date), the appearing due date in the task list is always 01/01/1970, whatever I try to change. What is wrong? Thank you for your comments, Mm

Checking out Group functions ... Having uploaded a certain file, shared it, removed sharing and deleted it. Afterwards cannot upload the same file again (process is happening, but file does not appear).

Can't Update with Updatemanager.bat
Hi, I saw from an earlier post about updating Zoho for IMAP support. When I try to run UpdateManager.bat this is what I get. C:\Program Files\AdventNet\Zoho\VirtualOffice\bin> Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: \bin\java C:\Program Files\AdventNet\Zoho\VirtualOffice\bin> Previously I have java v.1.3.1 installed. I upgraded this morning to the latest version from Sun's site and still no change. I am trying to install the service pack, is there another way to do this?

Imap support is very bugged !
Hello, the IMAP support is very broken and unreliable. The messages list shows wrong dates (for me, only 31/december in all messages! Including today's messages). The correct dates only appears if you open the message. Other problem is related with "quantities". I have only 44 messagens in my inbox folder (checked directly in server), and ZVO is counting 50! In other account, I have more or less 100 messages, and ZVO is showing only half. The IMAP folders not work too. Do you have some ETA to IMAP
Calendar Bugs
If you add an all day event in your private calendar, if you check the group calendar it does not show up. If you specify a time period such as 6am-8pm THEN it DOES show up, but not if its an all day item.

Fetch Mail don't get everything
Hello, I'm using Imap in Zoho Virtual Office 3.0 and something curious is happening.... always when I fetch mail, is retrieved only 5 messages. So, I have to fetch again and again to get more 5 messages for each time, and so on.... Detail: in this account, I have more than 100 messages in inbox folder. Thank you!
Stopping Zoho
Dear Team, Thank you for helping me starting Zoho. Now I have a new problem. I can't stop Zoho service without restart the server (using shutdown.sh script). hi, I'm using Zoho Virtual Ofice under linux. I've succeded installing the software using the .bin file. But I met 2 problems : 1. I couldn't start the service. The error message is : "failed to starting MySql". What should I do? 2. I have tried install the software under Windows. And i's really good. But, can I make a quota based on user priviledge? Your product looks great and has some outstanding functionality. I'd like to really try using it to its fullest. However, I need to migrate or import calendar info, contacts and hopefully e-mail info as well before we can truly use it. I didn't see any import tools, but did I miss something.
