Zoho Contacts Android Sync - no photos on smartphone
Hi, I have Contacts synching via Exchange onto Android, but none of the Contact photos that exist in my Contacts are transferred. Is there an extra step that I need to take to sync the photos down to the smartphone ? This is Contacts as part of email, not ContactManager. Thanks Kind Regards Mark
Problems connecting on my Samsung via the app
I have never had a problem logging onto my Samsung Note 4 with my Zoho..and I am sure that I am doing something wrong..but when I try to sign on/log on..I am getting the message "Error While authentication( User not confirmed) . Which is strange..because I am able to log onto the desktop with not problem with the same log on..

The desktop version of the Zoho Mail app allows one to create a contact or a lead from drop-down menu within the mail screen. Is the feature available in the mobile app?
Receiving error 'cannot obtain address error in opening the map' when selecting address on iphone app
When I look up a lead or contact on the iPhone app and select the icon to map the address I receive the error 'cannot obtain address error in opening the map' Any ideas on how to get this feature to work? I checked all the phone settings and found nothing that would indicate a setting issue.
No Contacts on Mobile App
My list of contacts disappeared from the mobile app. I tried to add contacts using the mobile app, and the app is only allowing me to add one contact. If I enter a second contact, the first contact disappears.
Why are all of the extra fields I removed in CRM showing in Mobile?
I have tweaked CRM for what I need and have removed all of the extra info I do not. Why is it that Mobile continues to show all of these fields. Do they not sync to tell each other info other than the Customer/Lead info? Is there a way to get the fields in Mobile to match those that I spent hours setting up in CRM? Thank you
USER NOT ACTIVE when using APP
Hello there, I´m the SuperAdmin for my group and for some reason cannot use the CRM App on my iOS device. All other users can login no problem but when I enter my credentials I get a USER_NOT_ACTIVE error message. I changed my PW serveral times without any avail. Any ideas why?

IPAD data Sync
Hello I have a problem with the data on IPAD not updating from the cloud data, these are not matching. e.g. - when create a new view this takes a long time and or need to restart the app on the IPAD to see this, then when I see this the results of the search on the web browser and that on the APP are not the same. How long should this take to update each other when a change is made. Hope you can help. Cheers
IPAD DATA update
I have Zoho running on multiple IPADs that the sales staff are using, it appears that this is not sinking the data with the server, changes are not coming through both ways. if you make a change on the computer through a browser then you need to reset the app on the IPAD to see the changes. Is there a setting or something we are missing ?
Cant Sync Zoho with Windows Phone 8
Hi i try to sync my windows phone 8 with zoho like it is showing on http://zsync.zohosites.com/Windows.html But i getting consistantly the error code 80004005 with the message there is a problem during the snyc..... any ideas? And yes it dosen't sync anything... cheers amir

Hi, I have recently set up CRM and am trying to log into the app on my android device. When I have used my email and password to log in it comes up with an error while authenticating. (USER_NOT_ACTIVE) I have done the two phase authentification on the website. Help please how can I log in as this was one of the reasons for picking Zoho CRM was that I could use on the move Thanks Richard

iphone app: Accounts not appearing with Potentials
For our users on Android, the mobile app is appropriately showing the name of the Account when looking at the standard Potentials view, but the Account name is not visible for our users on iphone. Is there a setting we need to adjust?
Custom sections in Cases not visible
I have added a couple of sections to my Cases page, the changes are saved and they show up in the APP version of CRM. However when I try to create a new case, the new sections do not show up. How do I ensure these custom sections show on ZOHO web access as well?
sending email in Zoho CRM iPad app
When I send an email from my full browser version, it will be stored along with the contact. On the iPad app, I don't have the email section - when I send an email from the iPad app, it doesn't store it with the contact as in the full browser version. Am I missing something or is that just not a feature of the iPad app? Thanks, Sam

Deleting item calendar, deletes all reoccuring events
Hi, I just deleted two agenda items on the zoho calendar app, both were reoccuring events. Normally if you would delete such an item on your calendar in your browser it would ask you if you would like to delete only/future or all. In this case I did not get this pop-up, I just deleted the activity. But when I looked at my agenda a second later all of the same reoccuring events were deleted as well. Hello, All the employes of the company have installed the APP´s of Zoho from Google Play (Mail, CRM, Projects, Taskz, etc.) But nobody can use them, all of the receive the following error when they try to sign in in the app: "Please check if any of the following Zoho Services is Disabled/Removed for your Zoho Account (zoho calendar, zoho contacts, zoho crm) visit the control panel or contact with the administrator." Hi, I've just downloaded the Zoho card app. It is helpful for scanning directly to Zoho. But I can't seem to scan the back of the card? ZOHO CRM on iOS crashes
Just downlaoded Zoho CRM on my iphone 6 plus and the app is unable to launch- crashes immediately after start. I just get the splash screen for about half a second before it goes back to main screen. Phone is up to date running iOS 8.4. Please help thanks

Mobile App Contact Role list
Would like to see "contact roles - what they do" on the mobile app when looking at the contact list withing an account. When there are lots of names there is no way to pick out the one you need without opening all of them. Android device contacts when sending emails from Zoho app
HI, When creating an email in Zoho Mail Android app, the app never suggests any of the email addresses of the contacts stored on my device - as opposed to the ones already in Zoho. How can I get the app to use the device contact list? Running the Free version of Zoho I have the Zoho app on my iPhone 4 which is great, except that I can't seem to: a) view the most recent notes b) view all notes on the account Can you please tell me how I can possibly rectify this situation? Many thanks.
Zoho CRM - Free Version and Notes Viewing in the Zoho CRM App for iPhone
We use the Zoho CRM free version at them moment (as we're a pretty small outfit). We have notes in most of our leads and accounts records. When we're logged onto either our Mac or PC in Zoho CRM we can see all of the notes for any given lead or account. The problem arises for us with the Zoho CRM app where when we log in using our iPhone we can find where the Notes icon resides, but when we click it the following happens: 1) The oldest notes on the record show up first 2) Only a maximum of 2 notes
Incomplete download of records to mobile devices
Within the mobile app (iPhone or iPad), we select download to view more records, however it cuts short before including all possible records (i.e. we have 1664 Account records when viewed through the browser - but the Mobile app stops downloading at 1383 Accounts)

One of our field workers has noticed that when he adds a note to a "Contact", the note is not visible from the corresponding "Account" record. We expect that this functionality should work as it does through a browser session - where the note added to "Contact" is visible from both "Contact" and "Account". This issue is experienced on both the iPad and the iPhone. The app is the latest version - no further updates are available. Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.
