Can managers Upload documents to their direct rapports?
Admin employees have the ability to upload documents to employees' files; however, managers do not have add/manage button - is it possible for managers to upload their direct reports' documents, such as absence documents or 121 documents. Is there somethingLeave balance display for next year
Is there a way to not have a rollover or not limit the leave balance depending on the date. For example an employee has 10 days leave balance and wants to apply for January leave in December. They cant because the rollover doesnt show the leave balanceCustom form - Duplicate Value Present
I am new to Zoho People. I create a new form on Zoho People quite simple. A date (by default the current date) and a radio button with 3 options (Yes, No, Not applicable) I defined the date as ‘No duplicate’ as only one entry by date is allowed. I added:Multi-line fields character limits
Is there a way to set the character limit higher on multi-line fields so that we are not losing information pasted into the field? When the text is entered or pasted, there is no error to say that the text is too large. After saving and going back to view most of the text is gone. Also, when viewing the resume, the text is not wrapped in the multi line fields and can t be read without scrolling across the page.Maximum file limit in zoho people LMS

Is there as way to shut off the invitation when you set up a new user? I would like to get all my users in the system, my org structure set up and tested, etc, BEFORE I invite the users. I did not see a way to shut of the automatic invitation email. The only way to get around it is to set up the users with no Email ID. However, when you do that - you get into the problem of not being able to update a user's Email ID (which makes NO sense whatsoever).
