Configure payments

Super admins and admins can view and edit this information. Managers can only view this information. Staff members will not have access to this information.
Service providers can choose to enable online payments for customers, which removes the hassles of payment reminders, delayed payments, and handling cash.

For example, if a customer books an appointment for a hair treatment workshop, they can simply make the payment online, which makes the process easier for both the customer and the service provider.

This can be achieved by connecting one of the following predefined payment gateways in Zoho Bookings:
  1. Stripe
  2. Authorize.Net
  3. Forte
  4. Paypal
  5. Paypal Payflow Pro
  6. Paypal Payments Pro
  7. Razorpay
  8. Mercado Pago
  9. 2checkout
Note: At any give point in time, only one of the available payment gateways (listed above) can be configured. If a new payment gateway is set up while another is already active, the old one would be disabled.

To configure payments

  1. Click Integration on the top right of the menu panel, then click Payments on the left side panel. You can find list of payment gateways in Connections Available. Let's create a connection for Paypal.

  2. Click Configure on the required payment gateway service. In this example, let's create a connection for Paypal.

  3. Enter the required details and click Setup.

Details will vary for the different payment gateways.
The connected gateway will be listed in Payments Configured section. The following actions can be performed on the configured payment gateways.
  1. Edit - To edit the payment gateway. For example, edit the current connection to replace it with a different account.
  2. Remove - Delete the connection.
  3. Disable/Enable - Disable the gateway. For example, use this when you want to pause collecting online payments from the connected gateway.
To enable online payments after a connection has been set up, the Online Payments toggle should be set to "Enabled."
