Reorder choices in a choice field

Applicable to the following choice fields: Drop down , radio , multi select , and checkbox .

You can reorder the choices displayed by the above mentioned fields as follows:

• Custom order
• Alphabetical order

Display the choices in a custom order

1. Open the form builder.
2. Select the required field.
3. Navigate to the  Field Properties > Choices  section on the right.
4. Hover on the required choice. The move icon will appear.
5. Drag it vertically to the required position.
   

   

Display the choices in the alphabetical order

1. Open the form builder.
2. Select the required field.
3. Navigate to the  Field Properties > Choices  section on the right.
4. Select the checkbox beside  Alphabetical Order . The sorting will be applied when your users access the field.
