What is Zoho DataPrep?
Zoho DataPrep is an advanced self-service data preparation software that offers a comprehensive solution to model, cleanse, prepare, enrich and organize large volumes of data from multiple data sources to serve data analytics and data warehousing with exceptional data quality. Get started with Zoho DataPrep
1. Set up your organization
Visit dataprep.zoho.com and launch Zoho DataPrep. After signing up, you will be prompted to set up your organization.
2. Create workspace
Workspaces are entities that hold the various datasets and rulesets imported into Zoho DataPrep.
3. Import data
Import data by adding datasets to your workspace. A dataset is a table collection of discrete items of related data.
4. Transform and prepare data
Clean, transform and enrich data using the data transforms and AI based enrichments.
5. Export data
Once you're done preparing your data, export the prepared data to your destination. You can also set up export schedules.
6. Sharing and Collaboration
You can share your data with other users and user groups in your organization.
7. Manage data
Manage your prepared data using the data cataloging features.
Manage your DataPrep organization
You can manage your organization settings, add or remove users from the Settings page.
