We're thrilled to bring you the latest updates, features, and improvements to help you get the most out of Zoho Social. Let's see what was new for us at Social in August.

Post documents on LinkedIn  

You can now reach a lot more people and create more opportunities to network on LinkedIn by posting documents on your company page and personal profile in the following formats: DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, and PDF. With the space to be more creative and elaborate about the content you want to share, you'll be able to expand your professional network on LinkedIn and improve your brand's visibility. Additionally, you can also convert images to a PDF before you post the document to your LinkedIn network.

Add polls to your X and LinkedIn posts

Create polls to engage with your audience and improve metrics on LinkedIn and X. Get customer feedback about your product or service, hear their opinions and preferences about what they want to see in your product next, or use a poll to research market acceptance before you launch your product. You just have to draft a post, create a poll by adding a question and up to four answers to choose from, and post it to your networks. You can analyze and study the results of the poll under the Posts tab.


Analyze your performance on Threads

With Threads now available under the Reports tab of your Social dashboard, you can analyze how your posts have been performing by understanding the various metrics available. You can study the social media performance under four categories: Summary, Audience, Post and Engagement, and Performance Reports. These have cards such as follower growth, post and engagement summary, top posts and the engagement actions received, number of profile views, and the like. You can study these reports in the day, month, week, or quarter view over a period of time, depending on your plan. You can also share these reports via email, schedule it to be sent in a certain interval, or export it to your computer.


Zoho Social mobile app updates

You can now access, publish, and schedule posts to your Threads and Mastodon profiles from your Zoho Social iOS mobile application.
