Managed List in campaigns with Sync
In campaigns we are syncing our CRM Contact module into campaigns. The sync shows the number of imported contacts but they do not go into the mailing list. We have tried using "immediate" as well as "periodic" syncs. None of them make it into the mailing list. We have tried several times into several mailing list and from different modules and nothing. I have attached the sync info screen grab.

Our company is new to ZOHO (CRM plus) and I am pretty sure my configuration in Campaigns is correct - we verified the domains through our email host etc. and I have reviewed several times. However, Not only are our open rates insanely low (we average 30-50% open in Mail Chimp and are getting .9% opens with the few campaigns we have sent) but I am not even getting my test emails to my @gmail address from campaign. Sync limit between CRM Plus and Campaigns
I have been working on cleaning up my sync and managed lists over the last few days. I noticed this afternoon I was down to "5 remaining syncs for this month". A few of my syncs were being done "daily" that didn't need to be done that often so those were changed or deleted. It seemed that last week I still had 39 syncs left for the month. Hi, What happens if an unsubscribed lead/contact in zoho campaigns fills out a form from zoho form that is synced to zoho crm, that is synced to zoho campaigns triggering an email series workflow? Zoho Campaign Sync limit - 50
Hi, We're new to Zoho Campaign and are using it to sync contacts from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns. We're syncing two main lists - each with about 40 segments. We're syncing these daily, so we're going to hit the 50 syncs/month limit. Is there a way to increase this limit, or to sync every two days? Every week is really too long between syncs, but every 2 days would be sufficient. Thanks Luke

Feedback from anyone using fairly large automated workflows... about to set one up.
HI, I'm about to set up an automated workflow containing around 35 emails all delivered a day apart. The plan is to use Zoho Checkout to take a payment, this is integrated with Campaigns and will add the person to a specific list which then kicks off 35 emails over 35 days. Has anyone experience of setting up a flow this large? Anything to watch out for? Does the Zoho Checkout integration kick off an automated workflow? Is there a limit on automation steps or numbers of people within an automation?
Zoho Campaigns - Missing contacts from Synced list (Zoho CRM)
Hi, We've just recently taken out a subscription to Zoho Campaigns, and we've performed an initial sync. After the sync, the number of active contacts didn't match our expectation until we found the "Ignored Contacts" section. Reuse a workflow with the same contact
I want to reuse a workflow with a contact who has already used it. Let me explain better, I have a workfloow that is activated when a new contact is entered in a list, when the workflow ends I remove the contact from the list, if the contact sends me a new request then it falls back into the list, this does not start the workflow, is there a way that allows the contact to restart the workflow again? Moving contacts from one list to other based on Segment
Hi, we have created a form using Zoho forms. In this form users who fill it out have the option to choose multiple types of newsletters that they may receive from us using a multi-select-checkbox field. Product newsletter, price updates 5 topics in total. We have created a separate list for each topic in Campaigns But since we can only connect one list with the integration in Forms I was wondering if it's possible to move the contacts into their respective separate list inside Campaigns somehow.

Is there a way to identify Campaigns contacts who have never been emailed? As the Campaigns contacts are dynamic, I want to make sure I find all contacts who had never received any emails from us or ones who had received only one. As contacts are added over time some may have received certain information a few times whereas others had never received it. It makes no sense to spam some and leave out the others. I'd like to have two forms on our website: 1) an email sign-up for our newsletter and 2) a contact us form. #1 gets an auto-responder that asks them to confirm they want to be added to the email list, and then they'll start getting our e-newsletter. How do I remove a contact from a list, but not from my whole account?
What I REALLY want to do is to move contacts from one list to another. This seems to be impossible -- please tell me if it's possible! -- so the next best thing is to add the contact to a new list and remove it from the former list. I've already figured out how to add a contact to a new list, which can be done from the All Contacts tab. But when I try to remove the contact from the former list, I get a message asking if I want to permanently delete the contact. Obviously I don't want that! So what

I cannot remove senders added by other users? I am the administrator... The users I cannot remove were added by an old employee. Second, I have two senders who are the same. One email is verified, the other is not. But I cannot select the email that is verified to be a sender/receiver.
