How do you changing the size of a text box on templates?
I am trying to adjust the size of the text box on my template. When I insert images, the text box is very large and takes up unnecessary space. Is there anyway to adjust this?
Campaign to CRM Sync - Campaign Reports stopped syncing
Hi Team, The sync of my Zoho Campaign reports back to Zoho CRM seems to have stopped working. CRM campaigns are no longer being created and the campaign report field is no longer working. I have checked my setting and all seems correct. Could you please review my settings (attached) and see if I am missing something.
SurveyMonkey
Hi, Last week I have integrated my SurveyMonkey account with my Zoho CRM. I made a test and sent my email campaign (with a surveymonkey survey) to my colleagues. Only my results appear on Zoho CRM and even if my two other colleagues answered the survey, the responses didn't appear in Zoho Campaign. However, I can see all the responses in SurveyMonkey. How can I fix this problem ? Thank you
Name Merge Tag
Hi, I am already using the contact merge tag when I send a campaign. I am actually using the last name (for example Hi Mr. Last Name). My problem is that I have men and women in my list. I was wondering if there's a way that Zoho use Mr. or Mrs. before the last name ? I would of course made an extra column in my list with Mr. or Mrs., but I don't see how I can have a merge tag for this ? Thank you
Add a new user
Hi, I just added a new person in Zoho Campaign. I went in Settings - Manage Users and add user. He received the confirmation email with a link that brought him to a page where the company name and phone number was asked. He is now on Zoho campaign but all the files are empty.... When a add a new user can he have access to my past campaigns ? If yes, how come it does not work ? I also went in Manage users - privileges and checked all the privileges for all users and he still see nothing. Thank you

Links in email work in Safari but not Chrome
Hello. I sent a campaign and tested it on both Safari and Chrome. All links worked. When I sent the campaign, the links work in Safari but I get an "oops" message in Chrome when the link is clicked in the email and when the link is copied and pasted into the Chrome address bar. Can you help me understand why this would be happening?
SurveyMonkey Integration
Hi, I want to integrate my SurveyMonkey account to my Zoho Campaign. I went in my Campaign Settings and I had my SurveyMonkey Account into the integrations. Do you guys offer this feature. Time sensitive urls to offers. Like in an automation I want to add the feature that if someone opens an e-mail that that e-mail can contain a link to an offer that has an expiry date which is timed x days from when the person opens the e-mail.
Changing Credit Card under Settings
When I try to change our credit card information,I hit the button to update it and it goes to the next screen that has update but it doesn't go any further. I have loaded the Chrome browser and it still doesn't go any further.
Invitation in Zoho campaign
Hi, I am trying to invite a person of our company into Zoho Campaign by using the same email address that he uses in Zoho CRM and I can't, this message appears: This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user. I don't want to invite him with a different address because it will become confusing between the CRM and Campaign... How can I do ? Thank you
How to generate a List key
I have any issue when I have to integrate my website with Zoho CRM. My website is developed in WordPress. The plugin is asking for a LIST KEY which I am unable to figure out. Image files on MailChimp server
I want to use some html created in MailChimp and use it in Zoho Campaigns. The code comes in perfectly but some of the images still reside on the MailChimp server. Seemed to work in my test. Are there any issues I need to be aware of going forward, or do I need to keep the image files elsewhere (Zoho or locally on our server)?
HTML formatting gone
I used to be able to copy and paste the HTML code into an editor, and it would maintain proper tabs and formatting. Now it's all dumped into one unreadable line of mess. What happened?

CRM Sync still showing "Postponed"

Hi, I have actually the free campaign plan on Zoho Campaign (2000 suscribers with a maximum of 12000 emails per month). I don't understand your monhtly subscription price... If I think for example that I will have 2500 subscribers, do I have to pay 25$/month (2500 subscribers) or only 5$ (for the extra 5000 subscribers ?) Thank you
Can you send emails back to back to the some of the same contacts?
We'd like to send one email to 3000 people, and then the next day send a different email to ~1000 of those same people. Can we do this in zoho? Can we upload both lists of ~4000 into zoho? Do we need to delete the first list before importing the second? Will this make us lose some insights?

ERROR: Link to Google Forns on campaigns
Hello, Yesterday I launched a campaign that had a link to a Google Forms page. On our tests everything was working, and the link on the email was redirected to the correct link (Google forms). I've sent the campaign to all the contacts, and this morning we are receiving email from the recipients telling us that the link does not work. Upon inspection, the link from the email gets redirected to a Google Forms link with extra information on the URL. Zoho Campaigns higher bounce rate than other email services?
I received a 19% bounce rate on a recent campaign (horrible, I know!). Before I executed the campaign I ran it through an email scrubbing service which said the list was high quality. Why does Zoho Campaigns say the emails are low quality when the scrubbing service says otherwise?

Send campaign to review even after 'cloning'
Hello, We have about 15 different lists that represent different time zones. We send the same newsletter to those lists, but schedule for different times. It is very bothersome having to wait for the review every time we clone a newsletter to resend it to a different list. I believe this is a good feature but not after a newsletter has just been cloned! How to avoid it?
Active Contacts Question
Am I right to assume that the active contact are all contacts that have been successfully delivered to? And that this export exclude HARDBounce and Unsubscribes only? So in theory Click and Opens also are included in the active list, But are not the only criteria to be on the Active list.
Upload Contacts into Campaigns
Please make is so you ca run a Report of contacts and then have an option to upload the results to a Campaign. Currently you can export it to Excel but there is a need to upload to Campaigns. Also it would be helpful if you could select multiple records on the Contacts page to be uploaded to a campaign.

Our Company Logo needs to appear in emails I'm sending but Zoho won't show it!
I can paste our company logo into the email template I am constructing in Outlook but when I paste it into Zoho "email Templates" it will not show. Problem with Email Bounce Backs
Hello, My company and I noticed that when we sent a campaign to over 500 emails there were zero bounce backs. When we noticed this we decided to try an experiment by sending the campaign to made up emails associated to our company, and Zoho reported that again there were no bounce backs.This cannot be possible because we know those were not-real emails that we sent it to.
