Is it possible to re-enable the sync on our CRM to Campaigns Apps - we really need to send out an email asap. Thank you!

Sync Campaign data to CRM fields don't take

Trying to sync Once and All data get the strange error
The error message: Selected module does not have the "Email Opt-out" field. If you have removed this field, please re-add it in the respective module of your CRM account. To re-add the Email Opt-out field, go to Setup --> Customization --> Layouts Section --> Drag & Drop the "Email Opt-out" field from the Removed Fields section. The Email Opt-out is enabled and visible in the layout in CRM. When I switched 'Exclude Email Opt-out Contacts' option off just to run the sync without updating CRM I get

Is there any way to conver this to a template so that it 1 remains responseve 2 staff members who do not code can edit the content. i.e. remove images change wording, and use it as the zoho templates are used. How can I export customer records selected in a campaign into a .csv file?
This option is not working (it exports but it is not capturing the 51 records in the campaign, it is just creating the .csv file column headers with no client data) - and no I do not have a screenshot.

Viewing reports - combining A/B with entire mailing list
Hello, I recently set up a campaign where I tested A/B results. Unfortunately the open rates were a tie between A and B, so I manually selected A as the winner. Now when I try to view the results from ALL of the emails that were sent, my results seem to be split into two categories: the original A/B groups that had no winner the remaining 50% of email addresses that got the A Rather than see the results for these separately - I want to see the result for all 100% of emails that were sent.
Adding Lead Owner to Email
I am trying to add the Lead Owner to an email. There are tags for "contactowner" but when I try it that tag, it puts the contacts name in the area and not the owner. How can I add or create a tag for Lead Owner to add into an email?

Problem with Windows Live Mail
Dear Zoho, I use Zoho Email Campaigns to create and send Newsletters and i noticed that when i open my emails with Windows Live Mail, i can not see the images. If i want to see the images, i have to press the link to the top of my newsletter (open in Browser). Why is this happening ? Other newsletters with images, Windows Live Mail displays them correctly. Also, when i open my newsletters within the browser (Outlook, Yahoo, etc), everything is OK. Any suggestion please ? With regards, George
Delete a group of contacts
I have a group of about 800 contacts that I want to remove from my zoho campaigns account. I created a segment for them and can remove them from a particular list, but is there anyway to remove them totally from my account altogether? I see how to remove contacts individually, but again with 800 was hoping for a quick way to delete them all.
Translate "Update your profile"
You can personalize the update your profile form, but you cannot change the beginning of the email subject. So it shows "Update your profile - ...." Where can you change that?
Errors in the "update information screen"
When you get the "update your profile", the windows shows with all terms personalized, but when you get to the actual "update screen" there are fields not being translated although I did change them into Spanish plus you cannot get rid or change my groups.. actually, they are not groups.. they are lists... and they have nothing to do one with each other... It should work like in MailChimp, where you can create groups associated with every list... not groups for all lists. I am attaching an image.
Feature - Able to Remove the unsubscribe link in emails
We want to be able to remove the link in our emails for unsubsribing. This will help Zoho Campaign users keep their accounts open and not be suspended. 2 culumn table will not fold on ipones
I have a responsive layout that displays two columns on desktop and web clients, then switches to one column in iPhone Mail and the default Android email client. On Zoho it does not work. Difference between using Autoresponders with Segments vs. Workflows
If I want to send a sequence of emails to a contact based upon his ID/Status field in Zoho CRM, can you help me understand the difference between using an autoresponder with a list segment based on the value of the ID/Status field vs. using workflows. Is one recommended?

I have written a responsive html email - when I upload the html and send it, it is no longer responsive. The html is correct. zoho seems to be inserting header info which takes away the responsiveness. The css in the header also vanishes. I have tried both pasting it into the html and uploading the html file. What do you suggest?

Segmenting Unsubscribes
Is there a way that a contact can unsubscribe from one mailing list but remain on another mailing list in Campaigns? My company has multiple newsletters and a user may wish to receive one newsletter but not another. But it seems to me that it is all or nothing within Campaigns. Thanks! Jen

Segments in Contacts
Hi, I am trying to split my contacts up in to different segments using a filer on a custom variable created to match with Zoho CRM. However, these filters aren't working as they should. The custom field is a multi-choice field, so different contacts can have different single or multiple answers to this. For example, there is a segment filter on my contacts that states YES IF 'Product' = X, Y. However this is bringing in Contacts who's Product = X and other contacts where Product = Y. Not contacts
How report on autoresponder performance in Zoho CRM
How do I get the autoresponder campaign name from Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM for contacts who complete a lead form on our website as a result of the campaign so that I can run reports to show which campaigns generate leads? With another automation program we use, we can sync the campaign to a custom "campaign" field in Zoho CRM for contacts who have a custom field value that indicates they have completed the lead form (this info is updated from Zoho CRM to the automation tool), but I don't see

Received emails not in HTML format
I have created a nice looking template. When I send it as a test to a few different email addresses it comes as just text and looks really bad. It is not in HTML format. Please advise. I can send you a test email to demonstrate.
Plain-text email gets reformatted any time change html version
It seems that any time I make a change to the html version of an email, ZC automatically overwrites the existing plain-text message with its messy, plain-text version of the html, forcing me to completely reformat the plain text every time. This is very time consuming and frustrating. The plain-text and html versions should be independent, with a manual option to sync from html at the user's option. This is how other (more mature) tools do it. Or am I missing something and there's a way to do
