Bonjour à tous,

Et bonne rentrée ! Comme chaque mois voici un résumé de ce qui s'est passé sur Community et dans l'actualité de Zoho en général.

La grande nouvelle de mois d'Août est l'arrivée de la fonction Canvas : le premier studio de conception pour CRM du secteur, grâce auquel votre équipe va tomber sous le charme de son CRM. Retrouvez un article explicatif pour mettre en place Canvas au sein de votre CRM.

Nous avons également continué notre série sur les Blueprint CRM avec 2 nouveaux articles sur la fonction en continu et les rapports d'utilisation de Blueprint.

Concernant Bigin, notre CRM pour les petites entreprises, 2 sujets ont étés abordés : les filtres avancés pour améliorer vos recherches et les workflow pour gagner en efficacité.

Dans la suite Zoho One nous avons approfondi la découverte des applications RH Zoho People et Zoho Recruit mais aussi Zia Search qui vous fera gagner un temps précieux lorsque vous faites une recherche unifiée.

Enfin vous nous avez possé plusieurs questions portant sur :
