Easily track referrals with Zoho Forms



Referral tracking can be a powerful way for businesses to understand where their leads are coming from. With Zoho Forms, tracking the referral sources of your leads is an easy and straightforward process. Here are some tips to help you make the most of our referral tracking feature
 
Method 1: Using Referral Tracking
 
Include the website's name as a custom 'referrername' parameter in the embedded form's URL. Forms will capture the website's url and display it in the Referrer Name column under the All Entries section of the form. Check out this help link for more information.
 
 
Method 2: Using Advanced UTM Tracking
 
If you want to capture the complete URL of the website as a referrer name, you can use the Advanced UTM tracking option with the term 'referrername' as a custom parameter. Then, you can include the advanced UTM tracking code in the footer of all your webpages before the end of the </body> tag. The complete webpage URL will be captured in the Referrer Name column under the All Entries section of the form.
