Files shared to the new Zoho account are not visible / Sharing does not work

I am trying to move my data from a @zoho.com to a new @zoho.eu address due to legal issues.
So I set up the new .eu account. Then I tried to share the important files from the @zoho.com to the new @zoho.eu account. When everything will be finished I intend to close the old @zoho.com account.

When sharing I am already getting an error message like " Oh, oh! There was an error when sharing this document! Wait a bit and try it later again ." - Well, I am getting this message for some time past, and I don't believe that the time will come automatically that the error disappears.

It is even stranger: With the new @zoho.eu address I already got some mails to with links of shared files, but when I click upon them I am getting prompted to register a new Zoho account (or log in).
It looks as if Zoho has forgotten that the new @zoho.eu account already has its own docs archive.

On the other hand: Using the @zoho.eu account I created a text file with Zoho writer. This document does appear without problems. Only the shared docs do not.
This error appears on all my devices: PC, tablet, smartphone.
