Option to Disable Download for Documents Shared via Permalink
Dear Zoho Writer Team,
Currently, when sharing a Writer document using the regular permalink (Collaborators with external users), there is no option to restrict the ability to download the document. While the external share link allows such restrictions, it is less convenient for collaboration with specific users via the regular permalink.
We would like the ability to disable downloading of documents shared through the regular permalink. This feature would allow us to control who can view our documents while ensuring they cannot download them, maintaining better control over our content.
This functionality would greatly enhance security and provide more flexibility in managing access permissions.
