We are back again highlighting another valuable feature in the Spotlight Series for Zoho WorkDrive.

Zoho WorkDrive is an online file storage and content collaboration platform that helps modern teams work together. In this article, we'll discuss the WorkDrive mobile app for iOS and Android and focus on how your team can use it to work together from anywhere. 

Mobile devices are the new laptops. From organizations to individual users, cloud storage is essential in ensuring you and your team have more than enough storage space and can access your data remotely. With Zoho WorkDrive's mobile app, you can customize what you want to save in WorkDrive, what you want to back up, as well as what to restore from backup if needed.
 

Files on the go

We designed Zoho WorkDrive app’s UI so users can take advantage of every feature.  Create a Private or Public Team Folder and add a file from your computer at work. You can also add members, find the right file with content discovery features like Smart Search, Labels, and Favorites, and set roles and permissions from your phone whenever you need. With our latest Scribble feature, you can draw, sketch, or write down quick notes, and ensure unrestricted creativity.

Share instantly

Zoho WorkDrive's primary focus is sharing files securely. You can share your files internally with your team members and externally to clients and partners, directly from the app. And just like on the web app, you can create an external share link with all the required options like setting a password, allowing or disallowing downloads, requesting client information, and more. 

Offline folder access

Set files and folders to be available offline when there is no internet connection. This gives you the power to work from even the most remote locations.

Fast syncing

Conveniently access Zoho WorkDrive to back up and restore any file across every device. The app allows you to track the latest version of your files directly from your smartphone, and any changes made in the files or folders on one device are immediately available on all others.

Collaborate in real time

The Zoho WorkDrive app provides a clutter-free interface so you can organize, share, and work together on files in real time. In addition to creating new documents from scratch, you can scan and upload photos, audio recordings, or any other file directly from your mobile device. You can also use the Follow Updates feature to get instant notifications every time a change is made to a file or folder, which allows you to stay on top of things no matter where you are.
