Our integration with WeChat allowed businesses to communicate directly with WeChat users from within the SalesIQ dashboard.
- Operators could easily use SalesIQ's support tools like canned replies, articles, FAQs, tags, widgets, etc., enhancing their ability to provide contextual assistance.
