Zoho Mail
Preset limits for the Reminder and Snooze options have been raised from 7 to 50 rows, making it easier to view and select from a broader range of time options when setting reminders or snoozing emails.
When a SecurePass email is kept open beyond its expiration time in Mail, a reauthentication prompt will appear, requiring you to verify your identity again before you can continue accessing the email content.
Get a clear picture on how your team is using Zoho Cliq using the Cliq Summary Report in Admin Reports which provides you an all-in-one view of user activity, including messages, calls, meetings, and discussions.
Stay on top of every meeting in your department with the Meeting Summary Report in Admin Reports. Whether scheduled or created get a quick, clear snapshot of all meetings.
Zoho Calendar
For any calendars subscribed through web URL, you can now set the sync period between 4-12 hours. This helps you to stay synced at a regular interval compared to the previous setting of 12 hours.

Personalize how you stay updated on changes made to your spreadsheets—comments, edits, or both. Choose how often you receive email notifications for those changes with custom email notification settings.

Zoho Show is now on Windows—create, collaborate, and present seamlessly from your desktop with all the power of the web version and more!
Zoho WorkDrive
Workflows automate routine, content-specific tasks, helping your team save time, reduce manual effort, and maintain consistency. WorkDrive supports both automatic workflows (triggered by specific events) and manual workflows (started manually by right-clicking a file or folder).
- Managing and Tracking Workflows: The Workflows tab in the left panel helps you manage workflows effortlessly. It provides two sections: Waiting for my action and Started by me, ensuring you can keep track of workflows assigned to you and those you’ve initiated.
- Centralized Workflow Management for Admins: Team admins can access all team workflows from the Admin Console > Workflows, where they can view, edit, delete, or clone workflows, toggle them on or off, and track their activity—all from one place.
Feature Rollout
- Enabled for new users: The Workflows feature will be automatically activated for all new signups. It will be gradually rolled out to organizations with existing accounts that have not yet used Zoho Writer workflows.
- Seamless migration for existing users: For organizations that are already utilizing Zoho Writer workflows, our team is working to migrate existing workflows to Zoho WorkDrive Workflows. This ensures a smooth transition to your ongoing processes.
Feature Availability
- Default Workflows (Review, Approval, Review and Approval): Available for all plans except WorkDrive Individual plan.
- Custom Workflows: Available only for WorkDrive Business plan and Zoho One users.
Zoho Trident
Access and manage delegated mailboxes alongside your own. Depending on your permission level, you can view, read, or reply to emails, on behalf of the mailbox owner (Available on Mac and Windows).
When composing or replying to an email, you can now change the "From" address directly in the Mail Composer. This lets you choose which email account to send the message from, helping you maintain the right context for your conversations (Available on Windows only).
Email permalinks make it easy to quickly access, share, and reference specific conversations without forwarding or searching through your inbox. You can create a permalink to the email you want to share, control who sees it, and set how long it’s available (Available on Mac and Windows).
A .pst (Personal Storage Table) file is an Outlook Data Storage file format for storing local copies of emails, contacts, and calendar events. You can now add these .pst files to Trident to view locally stored email archives without increasing the size of the mailbox(Available on Mac only).
