What to do in MarketingHub after converting a Lead into a CRM Customer (Contact)
Hey guys! First of all let me say, great job with this new addition. You nailed it! Now, I'm a bit confused about MarketingHub and the CRM sync. I understand the importance of marketing to Leads but, I don't see a clean view or tab where I can identify and market my CRM contacts (already customers) in MarketingHub interface. I see there's Pre-made Journey templates for customer retention and loyalty but there is not a specific tab to identify customers. All I see is a Leads tab which I understand
If/Else Condition
You do not have the option on the If/Else Condition if some Replies to an Email in your Marketing Automation. Only if they open or click a link inside. You do have this option in Zoho Campaigns. I strongly suggest you add it to Marketing Hub. The idea of a marketing campaign is that customers engage with you. There is no stronger indication of a Hot Lead than a direct response to an email.

Right now, it seems that pop-ups can only be triggered upon entry, scroll, and exit. For smaller pages without scrolling possible, I am forced to annoy visitors with an immediate distraction when they open a page (I surely react this way when browsing). Good day, I contacted Zoho Support to enable the toggle switch for opt in/double opt in. They did so graciously without any headache, but it was the time it took me to understand and look for this button and dig through forums to find out how to do this. Rename animation css to avoid conflicts
Greetings, I've recently found out that Marketing Hub uses generic names like "slideInLeft" or "bounce" in their animation css: https://mh.zoho.com/hub/css/animate.css This might be ok for static websites, but some websites (Let say a wordpress site using a theme + plugins) may use the same names, thus causing conflicts. It would be great if the devs could add a prefix to these names, maybe "MHslideInleft" or something along those lines. it'd also be great if the static files are minified.

Match End User Timezones on Emails
