今回は、「共通選択リスト機能」のリリースについてご紹介します。

◎共通選択リスト機能のリリース

Zoho CRM のカスタマイズを行う過程で、複数のタブに同じ選択リストの項目を設置したいと考えたことはありませんか? 
例えば、「業界」という項目名の選択リストを見込み客タブ、連絡先タブ、商品タブにそれぞれ配置したい場合を見ていきましょう。これまでのZoho CRM では、多くの値を持つ同一の選択リスト項目を複数のタブに追加するためには、項目と膨大な値の追加を一つ一つ手動で行い、長い時間をかけて同じ工程を何度も繰り返す必要がありました。



今回、このような選択リスト項目の設定における作業を簡略化するために「共通選択リスト」という新機能が導入されました。

「共通選択リスト」機能とは、管理者が定義する、選択リスト項目における選択肢のセットで、タブ間で複数の選択リストに関連付けることができます。

共通選択リストについての基本情報は、以下よりご確認ください。
今回導入された新機能を当方で確認しましたので、紹介いたします。

■ 共通選択リストの作成方法

1、設定 > カスタマイズ > タブと項目 > 共通選択リスト の順に進み、「新しい共通選択リストを作成する」をクリックします。

2、以下の情報を設定します。
共通選択リストの名前
詳細情報
共通選択リストの値
並べ替え順の設定(入力順 / アルファベット順)

3、「保存する」を押します。



■ 共通選択リストの利用方法

1、各タブのレイアウト編集画面で選択リストを追加します。

2、選択リストの種類で「共通選択リスト」を選び、適用させたい共通選択リストの名前をクリックします。



3、共通選択リストに設定した値が自動で反映されます。

4、他の項目についての設定も確認して、「完了する」を押します。



■ 既存の選択リストへ共通選択リストの値を適用する

既存の選択リストに共通選択リストの値を適用させたい場合は、データの整合性を保つために共通選択リストの値をそれぞれ関連付ける必要があります。なお、共通選択リストに同一の値が存在する場合、その値は自動的に関連付けされます。



■ 作成した共通選択リストの確認

共通選択リストのタブから、作成された共通選択リストを一覧で確認することができます。また、共通選択リストが使用されているタブもここからチェックできます。
