【Zoho CRM】通貨機能に関するアップデートの紹介

こんにちは!本投稿では、サポートチームが作成した「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の記事を紹介します。


*アップデートは、以下の環境fr適用されています。(2024年1月25日時点) 
 ーUSデータセンターを除く、すべてのデータセンター
 ーZoho CRM 無料、スタンダード、プロフェッショナルプラン

●Zoho CRM 通貨機能とは?
商談や見積書データにおいて、複数の通貨を使用して管理できる機能です。
例えば、取引先の通貨(例:アメリカドル)に合わせて商談の見積書を作成できたり、各国の通貨ごとに売上レポートを作成できます。

この通貨機能に関して、以下のアップデートがありました。

 ・通貨管理の権限設定が可能に
 ・通貨設定の詳細とログを管理
 ・試用版の環境で、通貨機能のお試しが可能に
 ・通貨ステータスでのフィルタリング
 ・通貨を無効にした際に、確認メッセージを表示

本日はこの中から2つをピックアップして紹介します。

■ 通貨管理の権限設定
以前は管理者のみが通貨を管理できましたが、今回のアップデートにより、通貨管理の権限を持つユーザーも通貨機能にアクセスできるようになりました。
[権限]の設定画面にて、「通貨の管理」に関する権限設定が可能です。




■ 通貨設定の詳細とログの管理
設定した通貨に関する詳細/変更履歴を確認できるようになりました。
以下画像のように、為替レートの変更や桁数の変更などの履歴を確認でき、システム内の通貨に関する情報を記録します。
