今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からレポート機能に関するアップデートをご紹介いたします。

今回のアップデートにより、レポートでかんたん表示フィルターで選択リスト項目などを設定できるようになりました。

1. かんたん表示フィルターの基準項目の追加

Zoho CRMのレポートには、膨大なデータの中から必要な情報だけを抽出できるフィルター機能が備わっています。しかし、これまではレコードの日付や期間に基づいたフィルタリングしかできませんでした。
このたび、新たにレポートに設定できるフィルター項目の種類が追加されました。
これにより、レポート作成の対象となるタブ内の以下の種類に該当するすべての項目を、フィルターとして設定できるようになりました。
  • 日付
  • 日時
  • チェックボックス
  • ユーザールックアップ
  • 選択リスト
  • 複数選択リスト



希望するフィルターを設定することで、各レポートを要件に応じて絞り込み、抽出されたデータを分析することができます。
たとえば、営業レポートをチームと共有する際、今回追加された「フィルター基準」機能を活用することで、製品別の収益や各ユーザーの貢献・パフォーマンス、チャネルごとの情報などを選択して表示することが可能です。

今回の機能アップデートにより、フィルターはレポート画面の左側に配置され、検索を行うと同時に結果が表示されるようになりました。




2. プレビュー画面での「フィルターの基準」設定

レポートのプレビュー段階で、フィルター基準を設定することが可能です。

レポート対象のタブを選択すると、該当するデータがプレビューとして表示されます。列、行、集計項目を設定する際に、フィルター基準(簡易フィルター)を事前に定義しておくこともできます。

フィルターをこの段階で設定しておくことで、同僚に共有するレポートが、あらかじめ設定した属性を適用した状態で送信されます。
たとえば、営業レポート担当者が四半期の営業レポートを作成し、営業マネージャーと共有する際、その期間の営業担当者ごとの見込み客コンバージョンを評価する場合、全体のレポートを共有するのではなく、プレビュー段階でフィルターを設定することで、特定の条件に基づいたレポートを事前に作成できます。

これにより、営業マネージャーはその四半期の担当者ごとのコンバージョン数やコンバージョン金額を、手間なく確認できるようになります。







これらの機能アップデートに伴い、レポートに表示される選択リスト項目の値が、指定された色で表示されるようになります。




適応環境:IN(インド)データセンター以外のすべてのデータセンターの組織(2024年9月4日現在)
