【Zoho CRM】一覧表示ビューに関するアップデート

このたび、一覧表示ビューに関する複数のアップデートがありましたのでお知らせします。一覧表示ビューとはデータのシンプルな表です。データにアクセスしやすくするために、一覧表示ビューには、並び替えオプション、列の管理、フィルタリングなどのオプションが用意されています。今回お知らせするアップデートの内容は以下の5つとなります。

1、各データに対する通話や予定の作成などの処理追加
2、並び替え/並び替え解除オプションに関する変更
3、活動に関するバッジ表示の保持/削除
4、任意の項目列の固定/固定解除
5、フィルターの保存ボタンの配置変更

これらを当方で試したところ、以下のように表示されました。

1、各データに対する通話や予定の作成などの処理追加
各データに表示される三点リーダーをクリックすることで、データに関連するタスクや通話、予定の作成などの処理を追加できるようになりました。



2、 並び替え/並び替え解除オプションに関する変更
各表示項目列のヘッダーに並び替えオプションが配置され、データを昇順・降順に並べ替えられるようになりました。



3、 活動に関するバッジ表示の保持/削除
一覧表示ビューでは、データに関連する活動ごとに、リボンのような活動バッジ(活動ラベル)が表示されます。これまでは項目列のスペースで確認できました。
今回のアップデートで、一覧表示ビューでの活動バッジを表示/非表示にすることができるようになりました。右上の「列の管理」から「表示する列を変更する」を選択すると設定できます。



4、 任意の項目列の固定/固定解除
列を固定化できるオプションを追加しました。項目列を固定すると、選択した項目列がリストビューの左側に移動し、画面の遷移中に参照しやすくなります。



5、 フィルターの保存ボタンの配置変更
これまで、タブ内のフィルターでフィルター条件を適用すると、「フィルターを適用する」オプションと同じ場所に「フィルターを保存する」オプションが表示されていました。今回のアップデートで、「フィルターを保存する」オプションは、一覧表示ビューの上部に表示されるようになりました。
