A way to dynamically pull form field api names within Zoho Creator fucntions?

I want to give my clients the option to create Task Templates themselves without me having to hard code unique scripts for each individual client. They create the templates, I create the master function, and we now have a scaleable system. The one thing stopping me is the seemingly inability (perhaps of my ignorance) to not give them start and end date triggers options.

For example, Let's say they want to create a company task for "Submit Profile Requests" within their "Inventory" module (Form). They will need to set up a trigger start date and a completed end date for this record. My goal is to have two drop-down select fields for the start and end dates that display all of the field types == date || date_time related to that Inventory module.

Is there a way in Zoho Creator Deluge script to pull all field names of a related form and filter them by field type? Remeber, this will not be referecning ANY existing records, so I cannot do a Fetch Record function. I guess, the record I want to fetch would be the raw form itself.
I don't want to add values to those fields, pull data from those fields, etc. I simply want to allow them the option to select the api name of a field.
