Accountant Access to Books via Practice?
The marketing materials for Zoho Practice aren't terribly clear.
The main feature I'm concerned about is whether or not my accounting firm can use Zoho Practice to access my Books securely without having to add them as a user. I have multiple companies, one using Zoho One and others using a subscription to Books only.
If the accounting firm adopts Zoho Practice for management of their few Zoho customers, what does that look like? Does this mean access can be granted to the firm as opposed to one individual?
I would recommend expounding on this point in the marketing materials, as it is the main value proposition for most US accountants. I doubt many firms are going to move their practice management to this software, but if it offered an easy way to get into multiple clients' instances of Books, that would be useful.
Any help would be appreciated.
