Accounts

Hello! Can you confirm how we are supposed to be using 'Accounts'? I read the help like its supposed to be a company/organization not individual user accounts.

However, when we check it appears with test users and our accounts.

So that's how we are going to use it, right? In other words, all these people names should be changed over to Kettering University, right?

It won't let me add the photos here to show you what I am talking about, so if there is an email or something I can send you, please let me know.
