Simple database application that tracks advertising campaigns for real estate firm across various media types (e.g. Print, Web, E-mail). Data is entered manually as ads are submitted to publishers, noting which clients and client properties are included in the ads. Three types of reports need to be generated. 1. Client Advertising Frequency Reports. Showing Marketing Director simple list of clients with total number of ads client appeared in, ranked by frequency (most frequent at top) over a user-specified time period. 2. Client Advertising Detail Report. Internal report for Marketing Director showing all activity for a specified client or clients listed in rows - 1 row for each publication. Report includes multiple fields/columns from the database of information tracked on each ad. 3. Client Advertising Summary Report. Report for clients showing all the advertising that their property has appeared in for a specified time period (usually 1 month). Must be capable of being shared with client as secure Web page with options for print and PDF. Other reports and capabilities will be developed over time after successful completion of the initial project.
