I'm seeking to extend the functionality of Zoho HRIS to incude the following: 1) Flag an Employee record designating that weekly timesheets required 2) Staff enter and edit their timesheets for 'timesheet weeks' 3) Each day's timesheet entries will include 'n' 'work type' (eg worked, annual leave, sick leave etc) 4) The timesheet should default entries where leave has been previously been approved. 5) For each work type on a given day employees must add their start time (in 15 min intervals), end time (in 15 min intervals) and break (in mins in 15 min intervals) 6) Work types can-not overlap (ie cannot work and be on leave at the same time) 7) For each Department we should be able to configure time entry controls eg cannot enter time >X hours in a day or Y hrs in a week. 8) Managers emailed when timesheet entered for approval. Manager can click link in email to approve or dos so via the dashboard. Directors or Managers can edit and approve timesheets for their staff. Staff member emailed once approved. 9) 'Timesheet Weeks' can be flagged as closed after which timesheets can not be edited or approved. 10) Historical timesheets can be viewed by filter (eg Department, Date Range, Employee, Manager) ** Detailed requirements will be produced by my before commencement.
