Flow triggers but doesn't continue.

I'm new to working with Flow but managed to get a flow working yesterday in short order. Which then proceeded o break shortly after for no apparent reason.

The flow is triggered by a form submission, and when running in debug mode I can see the flow is indeed triggered. However, when I click the "Test" button to see if the flow works as intended, nothing happens. It acts as if there is no link between the initial trigger and the next node.

I created the flow yesterday and it worked for a couple tests then stopped, I saved my work did one last test which failed and I went to work on other stuff. About an hour later I decided to look into the flow issue and it simply worked.

End of day yesterday everything was in working order, I cam in today and did a test to ensure it was still working and I get the error where the flow triggers but the next node isn't.

I've tested with multiple apps not just Forms and I haven't had any success. When testing a scheduled flow it works fine.
