Please allow for regionally appropriate labels to be used!
See screenshot attached here, which is specific to the Zoho Commerce checkout, as we are currently doing some test orders for a site in development, however this topic also applies to other Zoho applications as well.
In Australia, the term 'ZIP Code' is not used, but rather 'Postcode' or 'Postal Code' would be more pertinent. If you (Zoho) wish to be an international software provider, then be international .... and allow for appropriate regional / country terminology. The term 'ZIP Code' (to my knowledge) is mostly relevant to ONE country of the world and its territories!
Some may think it pedantic, but, as a local business, I am not particularly enamoured with the thought of this site going live with the checkout like this : (
