Zoho offers many apps which seems GREAT at first.
Most of the apps are very basic functionality. It's great that you offer the apps for mobile devices but in the end most of the usable functionality is very basic.
Let me do some administrative functions (ideally ALL OF THEM) from the apps.
We travel. We have home life. The tool needs to help us do things remotely without having to be attached to a PC/Mac all the time. Give me a lot of abilities a manager/owner would need remotely so that I can be in fact remote and functional. THAT would be a useful tool.
I'm specifically referring to desk, CRM, and subs, Maybe even books. Definitely RADAR which uses metrics that don't work.
